Podrían haber sido unas vacaciones inhobidables y se convirtieron en algo lejos de repetir

Estupendo para familias
Pros:

Es un hotel excelente para familias con niños. La distribución de las instalaciones está genial. El restaurante es bastante amplio y la comida muy rica. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y con vistas al mar. Todo el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Quizás mejoraría la animación. No porque no fuera buena y variada (que lo era) sino que la trasladaría a la piscina principal haciendo partícipe a los huéspedes.

Cosas que deberían mejorar que son básicas.
Pros:

El hotel está bien y la mayoría del personal muy atentos, amables.
Los servicios de bufet muy bien los camareros muy atentos y los cocineros de lo mejor.En recepción bien.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones es escasa y mal organizada.
El cliente no puede estar pendiente de cuando vendrán a limpiar, por varios días la limpieza la hicieron a las 14:30, y a esa hora vinieron porque protestamos que el día anterior no me la hicieron osea que quedó la habitación sin limpiar.
Esa es mi queja principal.

Pros:

Brilliant family hotel with fantastic pools and loads going on for the kids. We stayed in a Master Suite which was huge, with two massive balconies and a hot tub. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the online check-in made arrival really easy - we had our room key within a minute. The snack bar from 1pm was also excellent.

Cons:

The only real downside was the location. It’s a little out of the way if you like to walk to restaurants or shops. There’s a SPAR just down the hill, but San Agustín is around a 20-30 minute walk. Taxis are cheap though (€4 locally and around €10 to Maspalomas), so it wasn’t a major issue. The buffet had plenty of choice but the quality could have been a little better, although that’s fairly standard for an all-inclusive buffet.
