Pros:

A hotelben teljes ellátást kaptunk. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Animátorok nagyon jófejek és felkészültek voltak.

Cons:

Nekem a tisztaság kapcsán még lehetne javítani a minőségen.

Pros:

We had a pleasant holiday.
The room was fairly good. They cleaned the room and changed the towels as requested,.
Food was diverse. Something for everyone and plenty.
Very good service at the restaurant.
Entertainment was very good.

Cons:

The room was outdated. You could see the wood in the bathroom door damaged and that wasn't very pleasant.

When we arrived, there was not a lots of information given to us about the hotel in general.

I found out about an app with all the information because I heard a person on the lift talking about it.

Tooked me nearly an hour to sort out the temperature in the room. Was very humid and hot.
I ended calling the reception and have the Maintenance person (who was very polite and helpful) to go setup the AC and change the filters.

Justito, aunque no me pareció caro
Pros:

El personal es amable

Cons:

Comida muy básica y lo de todo incluido se debería de coger con pinzas. Lo que hay en la noche son sandwiches de escasa calidad y algún dulce.
