Alles was perfect , zeer vriendelijk personeel , was top ervaring . Wij komen al 25 jaar naar Gran Canaria , hebben er ook een villa , maar hij wordt ook verhuurd , en soms hebben we een andere slaapplaats nodig , daarmee .

The room, the view, the massages.
Food can be improved,
Car park space for guest check ins and check outs should be arranged.
Too much relied on the app. People maybe want to go on holiday and disconnect, whilr like this they are obliged to stay on the app all the time, moreover the app does not give the right info. I had to skip dinner because the closure time of the kitchen on the app was wrong and also the employees at bar and reception gave me the wrong time!
Dinner closing at 21h30 at buffet and 22h at rooftop is really too early for a 5 star hotel in Spain in summer when sunset is at 21h30!

The hotel was great, the 8/10 represents the value for money it is one of the more expensive hotels in the area...the pool area is fantastic genuine 5 star , location is perfect near beach , shops (lacoste rolex etc) beach clubs and restaurants. room is fantastic for solo or couples - NOT for friends as the shower and toilet are both quite exposed to the rest of the room. I was upgraded to sea view.
1) my aircon was stuck around 22.5 degrees for 2 days and then fixed when requested...it got down to 21.5... which after a few hours in the sun actually isn't that cool. I think there is some sort of air con limit which is odd for a 5 star.
2) some pool waiters/waitresses are great others not so much, you have to wave them down for a drink and once - only once a sever got annoyed that I walked up to her vs waiting 20 mins to be seen (every other day it was 5 mins)
3)the reception area is very casual but had to queue every single time I wanted to speak.
4) gym had no water facilities - this is an urgent fix needed as I was in there with one other guy and he left after 5 mins due to this.
Sobretodo su limpieza y la amabilidad del personal en general. Quiero hacer mención sobretodo a Salvatore el chico de la piscina y hamacas por su amabilidad en todo momento y su profesionalidad!! Estaba pendiente de todos para nuestra comodidad. Excelente trabajo!!

On the roof, there's a stunning infinity pool and a DJ deck.
Too few activities on offer before the season.
Everything about this hotel was perfect! The hotel is so modern and is exceptionally clean. The location is right along the promenade next to the Lighthouse which meant that it was ready easy and very pleasant to leave the hotel and wander along the promenade to all the beautiful restaurants and boutique type shops.
I stay here every time I need to disconnect and it’s perfect. The staff is helpful and lovely; from reception to every single area, everyone is so welcoming. 100% recommended
The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping within close proximity. The hotel itself is spectacular, we stayed in a junior suite which was huge and equipped with everything we needed; toiletries, robe and slippers, hairdryer, complimentary beach bag, hat etc.
On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a drink of our choice. Our room wasn’t ready but we were offered a room to change in if required.
There was a wide choice of food at the breakfast buffet, however it was the same each day, but it was all fresh and tasted good.
The main pool is heated which is a massive plus for me! The loungers were very comfortable and there were always some available, no matter what time you arrived. The rooftop area was never busy, however the pools weren’t heated and there was a €30 fee for each bed, which is easily spendable if you have a few drinks or some food. We had lunch up there and the food was delicious.
The only downsides for me was that the bed in the room was slightly too hard , but that is personal preference. As mentioned in other reviews the hotel would benefit from a poolside bar, or for the staff to be more visible for you to order.
Overall I would rate this hotel a 9 out of 10 and would happily return!
Amazing stay overall!
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room was stunning—clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented.
The only downside was the noise. I could hear running water from the room next door, which was a little disruptive at times. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.
