Gehobenes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, sehr sauber, gute Liegen am Pool, tolle Lage direkt am Strand, Frühstückbuffet gut.

Cons:

Abendessen a la Cart für 14 Tage zu wenig Abwechslung und auch die Qualität der Menüs war nur mittelmäßig. Abwechslungsreiches kalt und warmes Buffet wäre besser.

Lo mejor la tranquilidad. El salón del desayuno y el desayuno muy bien. La copa por la noche en la terraza, genial.

Ruhiger und erholsamer Badeurlaub
Pros:

Lage des Hotels sowie Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals top! Zimmer (Junior Suite) sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung passt für ein 5* Hotel absolut.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten. Duschtür im Zimmer schließt nicht komplett, ist leicht verzogen. Personal im Restaurant könnte teilweise besser geschult werden, z.B. wem zuerst Wein eingeschenkt wird, dass man Weingläser nicht überfüllt. Und bitte hochwertigere Weingläser anschaffen, die vorhandenen entsprechen in keinster Weise einem 5* Haus!

Das hotel in erster Reihe ist zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war „super freundlich“

Der Blick aufs Meer vom Restaurant und von der Bar.

Das Restaurant war besser als alle anderen in Maspalomas.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool waren zwar außergewöhnlich breit und dick gepolstert, aber konnten nicht in eine Position verstellt werden, sodass man z.B. lesen konnte. Man benötigte immer ein zweites Handtuch für unter dem Kopf. Meiner Meinung nach eine Fehlkonstruktion.
Wenn man kein Bargeld dabei hat kann man dem sehr gutem Personal kein Trinkgeld geben. Die Möglichkeit einen „Tip“ auf den Bon zu schreiben gibt es nicht.
Die rooftopbar mit zwei coolen Überlaufpools ist öffentlich und nur gegen Gebühr zu nutzen.

Excelente hotel con horarios demasiado " Europeos"
Pros:

el trato del personal y las instalaciones.

Cons:

los horarios de los restaurantes y del bar en la azotea. Es muy pronto cerrar a las 23:00 en una terraza que no molesta a nadie.

Muy buena estancia, con matices
Pros:

Las instalaciones son estupendas, así como la localización y la atención del personal. Son de agradecer los detalles constantes (bolsa de playa a la llegada, dulces en la mesilla todos los días…) y me gustaría destacar también el desayuno, excelente.

Cons:

El ruido por la tarde-noche. Mi habitación daba a los bares que hay justo debajo, y la música es constante hasta las 23h como mínimo. Otros posibles puntos de mejora son la iluminación de la zona del lavabo y la limpieza de la terraza.

Pros:

La posizione fronte mare, proprio accanto al celebre Faro di Maspalomas, è semplicemente spettacolare. Bastano pochissimi passi per ritrovarsi sulla passeggiata, circondati dai bellissimi negozi del centro commerciale e da un'incredibile varietà di ristoranti e locali. 
La piscina riscaldata è una vera oasi di pace, ideale per staccare la spina e godersi un relax totale. La nostra suite era stupenda: elegante, moderna, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli. 
Parcheggio in struttura ( pochi posti presenti) oppure in autosilo dove vieni accompagnato in auto di cortesia dal personale, per portare e prendere auto .
Un ringraziamento di cuore a José: la sua professionalità, gentilezza e attenzione verso gli ospiti hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Un servizio da 10 e lode, merita assolutamente una promozione! Torneremo senza dubbio
