Очень понравилось что было два бассейна, джакузи , рядом пляж, отличная набережная. Прекрасное питание, официанты молодцы прекрасно справлялись , поддерживали чистоту и были гостеприимны . Рядом магазины, торговые центры буквально на такси можно доехать за 9€ если не хочется идти пешком. Отличное месторасположение !!!! Из территории отеля выходишь прям на набережную .

Cons:

Можно было бы улучшить ремонт н номерах, но это не критично . Когда въезжали оплачивали депозит в размере 160€ сказали что вернется автоматически на карту, но почему то еще не вернули 🙄.

Feliz como siempre…
Pros:

Una localización ideal junto a la playa de San Agustín y acceso directo a ella.
Personal increíble que hace que todo sea fácil y agradable.
Y una instalaciones estupendas.

Pros:

Everything. Wow, it really outdid my expectations. The staff were super friendly. I had all-inclusive which was incredible value. The beach nearby was gorgeous and the pool at the hotel was superb. Honestly could not recommend it enough, will return.

Wir hatten ein (teures) Dach über dem Kopf ...
Pros:

Fußweg nach Maspalomas liegt direkt vor dem Hotel und gute Anbindung mit dem Bus, da die Haltestelle fast vor dem Hotel liegt. Zimmer war ok, Standard aber recht klein

Cons:

Lärmbelästigung:
Abends herrscht starke Geräuschkulisse von allen Seiten – von der Kinderanimation über Tanzmusik der Nachbarhotels bis hin zu Beschallung vom Pool. Auf dem Balkon überschlägt sich der Lärm regelrecht. Da die Balkonlampen zentral gesteuert werden, ist Schlafen ohne komplett geschlossene Vorhänge unmöglich. Dadurch kommt allerdings kaum frische Luft ins Zimmer. Am besten eine Schlafmaske und Ohropax einpacken.

Service:
Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich, wirkte jedoch eher lustlos und wenig hilfsbereit.

Armbandpflicht:
Man muss ein sehr unbequemes, scharfkantiges Plastikarmband tragen – Vorsicht, Verletzungsgefahr.

Frühstück:
Wir hatten nur das Frühstück gebucht: große Auswahl, aber leider überwiegend mäßige bis schlechte Qualität. Wer Wert auf gesunde Zutaten legt, wird hier nicht glücklich.

Fazit:
Für unsere zweitägige Durchreise war es in Ordnung, aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, warum man hier länger Urlaub machen möchte. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen.

Estancia corta, agradable y amena.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, el trato recibido por el personal y las piscinas. También me ha gustado algún detalle de alguna trabajadora con alguna persona nueva, enseñando con amabilidad y tranquilidad.

Cons:

Una de las pocas cosas que destacaría relacionado con lo que menos me gustó sería la no disposición de servicio de auto-bebida a la hora de la comida y la cena, ya que considero que sería más cómodo tanto para el cliente como para el personal del restaurante.
