Lugar tranquilo, sin tanta aglomeración de personas.
Quiero destacar la excelente atención recibida por parte de Angy, quien me atendió con una gran amabilidad y profesionalidad. Me asesoró de forma impecable en la elección entre la amplia carta de Coctelería.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante y, desde luego, no ha estado a la altura de lo que esperaba.
La cena ofrecía una variedad muy escasa y, para colmo, había moscas en la zona de la comida, algo totalmente inaceptable desde el punto de vista de la higiene. El desayuno también fue muy pobre, con una oferta muy básica y limitada.
La relación calidad-precio no se corresponde con el estado de las instalaciones ni con los servicios ofrecidos.
Lo que más me sorprendió fue que, después de realizar el check-out, pregunté a la recepcionista Ginevra, si podía permanecer unas horas más en la piscina y me indicó que debía pagar 15 € por persona para seguir utilizando las instalaciones con horario de 12h-18h. Me indicó que estaba aplicando la política de dicha cadena hotelera.
Nunca antes me había encontrado con una política de este tipo en otros hoteles.

Emplacement assez tranquille , le personnel assez aimable en général, la propreté de la chambre , et bien équipé pour un hotel 3 étoiles

Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié , c'est que j'avais bien averti la réception que j'arrivais à 14 heures , arrive a cette heure ci aux environs de 14h30 ma chambre n'était pas prête , on ne m'a remis ma chambre que vers 15h30 , j'ai donc demandé à la réceptionniste de me prêter une serviette de bain pour que je puisse aller sur un transat en attendant car je voulais profiter de la piscine . C'est juste cela qui m'a un peu chiffoné , j'ai l'habitude d'aller au corralium dunamar a playa del inglés dans la même île de gran canaria et cela ne se passe pas comme ça ils sont bcp plus ponctuels .
Dans l'ensemble la nourriture est correcte mais peut faire , bcp de nourritures industrielles .

Habitaciones y espacios comunes muy limpios. Buen desayuno. Buen trato por parte del personal. Al lado de la playa.

En la reserva nos ponía que tenían parking disponible y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaba en obras, nos deberían de haber avisado antes de llegar al alojamiento. Por otro lado, al hacer el check out, no te dejan pasar el día en la piscina, a no ser que pagues 15€ pp.

Over expectations, worth for money and superb healthy coach

Quiet and well maintained location by a clean black sandy beach with beach promenade up to Maspalomas. The energetic healthy coach kept us occupied with fantastic activities like beach walks in the morning, stretching exercises, water gymnastics and games in the afternoon made the stay extra exciting and enjoyable. A big thank you to you and Jodi who assisted you😍😍Every room with sea view from balcony and good room service. Friendly staff, good restaurant with buffet with a wide range of food options. Dinner with different themes every evening: Mediterranean, Asian, Indian, Italian etc. Lovely pool area with lots of sunbathing chairs and poolbar. Very close to busstop Clinic Rocka, bus line 1, 5, 30, super market and hospital. 20 minutes taxi ride to airport. There is a small supermarket within the hotel premises as well. Lovely live entertainment both in the morning (with harp music for breakfast some days) and after dinner by the pool bar 🤩.

Cons:

Had to pay for water and hot drinks for dinner if half board. AC in the room was low.
