A lovely and relaxing stay in a hotel I would happily return to
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet had a huge variety of food, and the hotel had great facilities including pools and evening entertainment

Prijs-kwaliteit goed hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel ,alles heel proper, lieve en goede service, iedereen heel attent en behulpzaam

All-in formule is niet duur, maar geen echte aanrader

excellet value for money and food delicious
Pros:

food excellent. spacious appartment and comfortable mattress. staff were lovely and very helpful. shuttle bus to beach and Albufeira. welcomed fact that larger pool will be heated next year as well as the smaller pool. We went during school term time and it was very quiet.

Cons:

Used the larger, unheated pool which was quieter when we were there. However, I am older and unsteady on my feet, as were many of the others here (during school term time). I would have welcomed a rail to hold on to when entering the pool - although steps were shallow, still quite wobbly going down them with nothing to hold.

Tranquila, comoda y agradable. Para disfrutar unos días en familia.
Pros:

Pues que estaba en muy buenas condiciones, limpio y que las habitaciones era muy amplias, en nuestro caso era un aparta hotel. Increíble la verdad.
El hotel tiene servicio de traslado a Albufeira y está muy bien la verdad.

Cons:

Pues para ser honesta, la bebida, diría que la comida también se podría mejorar. La piscina climatizada, el agua estaba igual de fría que la otra piscina, en invierno, primavera y otoño, no se puede hacer uso de ella, al menos yo no pude.

Amazing little break. Wish it was longer and will be back soon

Amazing hotel. Great staff. Very helpful. Rooms are huge, like having your very own apartment. Pools great, bars great, little bit out of the way but doesn’t matter as there at a free shuttle bus.

Cons:

La piscine froide alors qu’elle était censée être chauffée (piscines pour enfants à 21 degrés !)
Nous aurions aimé pouvoir déjeuner/diner à l’extérieur pour profiter de la météo agréable de cette région (le restaurant est en intérieur uniquement).
Mais ce sont des détails, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

Amazing food!
Pros:

A short break at this wonderful hotel. The all inclusive food is amazing! Lots of choice - different meats, fish, salads, veg, desserts, fruits etc, all really good! Great dining experience and not like the usual “canteen “ style when you go all in. They serve your drinks to you at your table- non of the help yourself to the wine tap! Drinks are good, branded, the wines are lovely and definitely recommend the sangria! What really makes it here is the staff. So friendly and helpful. Look out for Sao who checks you into the restaurant, she is a delight - always smiling and happy and has time for a little chat with everybody. Rooms are big and lovely and clean. Free shuttle bus into the old town which takes approx 20 mins. We are already at looking to book again for next year

Smoking at north pool.
Pros:

No smoking rule at north pool is not enforced. I’m here now and a selfish person is ignoring the rule making it unpleasant for others.

Lovely Staff
Pros:

All the staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. You only needed to ask for help and there would be there helping you. The pools are very clean and there are plenty of chairs and sunbeds. The only things that lets it down are the meals, there is not much choice for the evening meal and there was things like rice, fries and pasta every night. However saying this it is an excellent hotel.
