Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

Staff are fabulous especially at the restaurant. We received a warm welcome and the positive vibes spread throughout the hotel. Welcome pizza and garlic bread were a nice touch especially arriving fairly late at night.
The hotel is very clean and we really enjoyed the selection of food at all meal times and didn’t feel the need to venture out for dinner very often. The in house pizzeria is excellent!

Cons:

The exterior air conditioning vents blow onto the patio so you can’t use both at once, not a big deal particularly.
If you take a trip to the beach on the bus make sure you get directions from the bus stop as it is a bit of a distance to the right area - the beach we went to (there are two that the hotel provides transport to) was absolutely stunning.

Estadia boa em família. Staff espetacular, mas apartamento a precisar de renovação
Pros:

O hotel está super adequado para famílias, tanto a nível de refeições como nos vários espaços - o nosso filho adorou o kids club e a Melissa e o Tomás (monitores). Gostámos do parque infantil/arborismo (em 2021 não tinham) e imenso da simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente da Srª São no restaurante.

Cons:

O apartamento precisa de renovação. As portas da cozinha e do quarto não fechavam. Cama é um pouco dura. O chão e as gavetas não estavam bem limpos quando chegámos. Fomos em regime de atudo Incluído e não sabíamos que tínhamos direito ao almoço no dia da chegada ou no dia da saída - acho importante que reforcem esse ponto quando tem novas reservas. Se soubéssemos antecipadamente tínhamos organizado as coisas de outra forma.
