Descanso, relax y confort.
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación. La configuración de los muebles. Muy confortable.

Hotel is tired and not close to any amenities

The staff were all lovely

Cons:

It is well overdue a refurb. The whole hotels needs updating. The floor surrounding the pool was filthy and despite pointing it out nothing was done. Lunch was very nice but a struggle to get served as they only had 1 person taking orders. Pleased I wasn’t all inclusive as breakfast was mediocre at best. Beach was a bit pebbly. The nearest shop/restaurant/bar is a good 20 min walk along promenade to the marina or a taxi into old town.

Lovely, spacious room, great view from the balcony. Excellent breakfast.
WiFi worked well pretty much everywhere.

Cons:

The service at the pool bar was not great.
Long wait, the bracelet used to pay, often did not work.

Liegen gehören unbedingt erweitert!! Oder das Hotel nicht vollbuchen;
Pros:

Essen, ruhig unter Tags, keine Musikbeschallung am Pool ausser 1 Stunde zu Mittag Aquagym. Abend um 23.00 h Ruhe, oft nur Innenveranstaltungen.

Cons:

Wir würden dieses Hotel höher bewerten wenn es nicht das Problem der Liegen am Strand und Pool gäbe! Man muss früh aufstehen um eine der spärlichen Liegen am Strand zu ergattern!! Nur 19 Schirme! Am Pool ab Mittag keine Liegen mehr frei ausser schlechter Lage, ohne Schiem oder Schatten und einer dicht neben den anderen. Und das im Juni! Wo liegt man in der Hauptsaison?? Also Ausschlafen geht nicht leider ...;

A beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff and great amenities.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, oberste Etage mit Blick über die Bucht bis nach Gibraltar. Der Hotelbau hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.
Dir beiden unterschiedlich temperierten Pools waren groß und schön. Im allgemeinen waren wenig Leute im Wasser und man konnte gut schwimmen.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich ist etwas klein für das grosse Hotel. Die Liegen stehen recht dicht. Viele Leute reservieren Liegen vor oder geben sie nicht frei. Das Hotel verbietet dies zwar, kontrolliert es aber nicht.
Der Sand-, Kies-, Steinstrand läd nicht zum Baden im Meer ein.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

We visited this hotel for the first time. The staff were lovely and so friendly. All rooms were spotless and a good selection of food on offer.
The hotel is approximately 1.5 miles from Estepona Old Town which is well worth a visit. In fact we walked there every day except one.

Great hotel - and a fab holiday
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised at this large hotel based on some of the reviews - an older building kept spotlessly clean - our room was immaculate and a mini suite with views over the sea and nespresso machine and complimentary water and chocolates every day . The pool area is extensive and there were no lounger wars- plenty room for all with lots of choice of either sea facing of pool facing seating. For us location was perfect - 20 min walk to marina for a number of restaurant , and a further 20 min to the old town - there is also an efficient bus service and or bolt and taxis. All the staff were friendly and helpful. And the cocktails were …. Memorable!

Great relaxing stay
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, stayed here for my minimoon trip and it was exactly what we needed. Very chilled out, nice walk along the water (15/20mins) into the marina area.

Thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a lovely hotel.
Pros:

We recently returned from a thoroughly enjoyable holiday at the Estepona Palace with Jet2. We stayed all inclusive in one of the privilege rooms, which is our usual holiday option.
We didnt feel that the hotel is more of. Good 4* than luxe due to stains on the carpet's in the room corridors, some of the room furniture needing to be updated and a couple of the privilege extras not quite in line with those at other hotels we have stayed at. However, none of this spoilt our holiday and we would definitely recommend and stay at the Estepona Palace again. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The hotel, dining area and in particular our room were all very clean, and we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and chocolates each day, along with a sunbed and parasol on our balcony. The view from our balcony across the sea to Gibraltar was an added plus for us as was the quiet location of the hotel and the walk via the marina into Estepona.
The reason for rating our hotel experience 5 stars is due to the hotel fully catered for my food allergies, which at other hotels hasn’t always happened, resulting in meal times becoming stressful. I emailed my difficulties in advance and this was discussed with me when we booked in. The first evening a chef and a member of the waiting staff spoke to me about my allergies, resulting in there being choices for me at every meal. For the sweet course in the evening a special dish was made and bought to my table as soon as I was ready, often without having to ask.
Thank you for helping us to have a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Pros:

Excellent beachfront hotel. Plenty of variety in the ALBORAN buffet restaurant. Cool vibes at Chill Out Bar with very tasty tapas and nice mojitos. Very attentive staff throughout the hotel especially waiter Antonio at THALASSA Restaurant. Thank you to the Reception team for our room upgrade with stunning sea views.
