Poor value - like all if Catalina Island
Cons:

The stay was highly disappointing, especially given the incredibly high price of 750 a night.
- bathroom ventilation not working (immediately told reception but not fixed),
- toilet flush system broken,
- AC cutting out intermittently and impossible to restart,
- room phone not connected, so couldn’t reach the front desk (3 floors down without elevator)
- room extremely small for four people,
- only three towels for a reservation for 4
- not enough storage space for the little luggage we had,
- bed size not as advertised (full, not queen!), so too small for 4 adults or even 2 adults with older kids,
- uncomfortable beds
- old tv
- breakfast extremely limited: coffee, tea, OJ, bagels, small muffins.
Our daughter offered her salary of an entire month for 2 nights at this hotel and she was SO disappointed that she started crying when she saw the room.
We asked to switch rooms and got another one. Although far nicer and larger (the bar was low) it was still absolutely not worth the price.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay.
Pros:

The location was right by the beach and all of the tourist spots. It was easy to find and super convenient. What I loved most about our stay, was the staff. They were kind and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Thank you to Bud and Destiny for making our stay so special.

Cons:

Some of the decor was outdated. So that was a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker.

Overall, the stay at could have been better
Pros:

Been coming to Catalina for some time now. Love the town and the spooky vibe Glenmoore

Cons:

For starters. The closet door was broken only attached by one hinge. The bathroom curtain kept falling off at one point hitting one of my kids on the head.
Lastly, the room is advertised as a “Queen room” the room was tiny with hardly any room to walk. Maybe change the name so it isn’t misleading.

Beautiful location, sizable room, kind staff
Pros:

The location was spectacular, close to everything. It was between the beach and the meet up location for many excursions. The staff were kind and gave us water bottles, along with recommendations for local eateries for free.

Cons:

Our room was on the edge of the building with a restaurant so we heard late night noises which sometimes ran later than we'd like. Our bathroom also had an issue that water would spill onto the floor.

Pros:

I loved the front desk employees, especially Denise and Bud!! They were an amazing host, welcoming us with smiles each time we enter and exit the property, always providing exceptional services, willing to take time to get to know each visitors and give good suggestions. Property was so close to the beach and all the other restaurants. It was clean, cozy, had all the equipments needed for overnight stays, microwave, hair drier, tv, etc.

Pros:
