H10 Costa Adeje Palace

Great holiday as always. One of our favourite. Needs a few tweaks though but will be back

Just arrived home from this beautiful hotel, lovely to see so many excellent reviews and also chatting to people whilst away who also loved being in such a friendly hotel. As soon as we arrived, which was late in the evening, 9.30pm, we were met by Daniel who checked us in, got us a glass of cava each and was super friendly and accommodating - check in was quick, room allocated was 567 and our first time staying as privilege quests. We arrived in the room and everything was just perfect, super clean, modern, sea and pool view and then a cold platter of food arrived for us to enjoy our our balcony which was a lovely touch too. Each night we received lovely chocolates from the friendly team. We ate at the pool bar, main restaurant and La Tosca as well as fabulous menu A at Sakura Teppanyaki. Every member of staff we came into contact with was excellent and very friendly, no exception. Thank you for a fabulous stay and all topped off with a great room to make our holiday even better!

Had an absolutely wonderful 5 night stay with my 2 best friends. This was our first holiday as a group and we had the best time. We were so impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, they were always smiling and laughing, always asking us how we were enjoying our holiday. The all inclusive food was amazing, a lot of variety and gave us a chance to try some Spanish dishes. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean, we were prepared to be cramped together with our stuff all over, but the room was so spacious we all had our own beds and designated areas for our stuff. We loved having the choice of pools, and access to the sky bar on a night time. The mini bar in the room was also amazing and a treat we didn't expect. We felt like we were living a life of luxury! Although we didn't stay with the Privilege package, the Privilege areas looked lovely, the infinity pool and private bar overlooking the beach, and the rooftop pool looked amazing. I didn't want to leave the hotel by the end of the trip. But not to worry, as I have rebooked with TUI to stay with my boyfriend for 7 nights in July, so I cannot wait to be back and share the wonderful atmosphere of H10 Costa Adeje with him! I have been recommending this hotel to all my friends and family since we returned. See you in July! :)

Amazing hotel clean and great location

A környék nagyon szép, a sétány amit közvetlenül a szállodából kilépve el lehet érni reggel és este is nagyon hangulatos. Minden este sétáltunk, Los Cristianos felé hangulatos bárok, éttermek fogadtak. Lehetőség van hajfonásra, táskák és egyéb kiegészítők vásárlására.

I have stayed in hotels across the world for forty years and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s got to be Spain’s revenge for Fawlty Towers. It was supposed to be a 4 star but it would struggle to meet one star. We were there for a week all inclusive. We arrived at 930pm when our flight was delayed and was told the restaurant was shut and we were told to go across the road to the restaurant and had to pay £150 euros for 6 people. We promised him a bad review but the man on reception said go ahead we’re not bothered. How can this dump claim to be a 4 star when you don’t even get a kettle in your room? The toilet roll holder was loose in the wall and there were silverfish in the bathroom.

The food was mediocre with a limited choice of food. The entertainment at night was extremely poor and dated featuring an Elton John impersonator an acrobat and a magician. On another night they had a piano player playing 1940’s music out of tune. I couldn’t decide if this was a deliberate tactic so customers didn’t use the all inclusive.

At breakfast my partner sat on a broken chair. She was told to chill by the Restaurant manager when she complained about it. The place was tatty with stains on the carpet.

The main bar service is extremely poor with the staff hiding from customers in the back. It was busy during the evening but they rarely had anyone serving so you had to wait 20 minutes for a drink. The bar shuts at midnight and on one occasion we approached the bar at 2355 for a drink and were told the bar was shut. We complained to reception and were told it was now after midnight so they couldn’t do anything. I expected Ant & Dec to jump out.

The hotel was generally very comfortable with many facilities. Beautiful location. Staff were polite and always ready to assist.

This hotel is gorgeous and very big, with nice clean rooms equipped with both air con and a fan, fridge and bathroom essentials. The balcony is also great for some outdoor space.

The breakfast is delicious with every option you can think of and very friendly and helpful staff keeping the dining room clean and catering to your requests.

The outdoor pool area is lovely and spacious, with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The pool bar food is also very delicious and well priced.

The hotel is walking distance from some restaurants but would need a cab to get closer to the central area.

I would definitely come back to this hotel with my family or partner!

This was our second stay at H10 Costa Adeje Palace, and once again it did not disappoint.

There were four of us staying in two rooms (687 and 689). Check-in was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

Before travelling, we emailed the hotel to ask if it would be possible to stay on the same side of the hotel as we did last year, as we really enjoyed the location. We were delighted that the hotel accommodated our request, which was very much appreciated and helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. While the rooms were perfectly fine for our needs, they are starting to look a little tired in places and could benefit from some TLC. However, it was clear that the hotel is investing in improvements. We noticed that some areas had already been upgraded, including new carpets in the hallways. Given the size of the hotel, we appreciate that refurbishing all areas will take time, but it’s great to see that investment is being made.

Everything else was excellent, just as we remembered from our previous visit. The staff across the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The pool areas were spotless, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the atmosphere around the hotel was relaxed and welcoming.

The food was very good, with plenty of choice throughout our stay, and there was always something to suit everyone in our group. The bars were also great, especially in the evenings when it was nice to sit back, relax, and enjoy the entertainment.

It was also nice to see that the hotel continues to invest in its facilities. During our stay, work was underway on what appeared to be a new Italian restaurant, or something similar, which will be a great addition.

As we had a late flight home, we enquired about a late checkout. The hotel was able to accommodate this request for an additional fee of €53, which we were more than happy to pay. It made our final day much more comfortable, relaxed, and stress-free.

This is exactly why we keep returning to H10 Costa Adeje Palace. The hotel consistently delivers a fantastic holiday experience, with excellent service, well-maintained facilities, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It feels like coming back to a place you know and trust, and once again, the hotel certainly delivered.

We will definitely be returning again next year, and if we get the opportunity to visit sooner, we certainly will. Thank you to everyone at H10 Costa Adeje Palace for another wonderful holiday!

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima: lungomare a pochi metri, Playa del duque una delle spiagge più belle si raggiunge a piedi. Per essere un self service non si mangia male. Il parcheggio a giugno non è stato un problema

Personally - avoid this hotel if your a family. No water, no kettle absolutely nothing in the room (a surprise for a branded well known hotel and had it in other H10s) balcony door handle hanging off effecting the air con, children’s pool contaminated with something as our baby got poorly had a seizure and ended up in hospital, notified of this happening to another family during there stay aswell!!! Surely not a convenience? Don’t ask reception for help, rude and unhelpful. My baby was unconscious having a seizure and we was shewed away to get a taxi.
No one checked in on us until I raised it with the jet2 rep and still waiting a response. Never ever will we return!! Bed sheets where our baby was sick wasn’t changed for 7 days.
