Staff and food quality was bad
Proximity to the airport and major highway is excellent; staff was very personable and responsive; quality and variety of breakfast exceeded my expectations;
facility was dated -- carpet dirty and torn in places. Carpet in dire need of repair
I liked the breakfast options, lots of places to sit, the pool/hot tub, and the free two drinks at night for adults 21 and over
The parking. It should just be free, it’s kind of a hassle.

Room had hair on ceiling, stain on carpet, dishes left in front of another rooms door for two days, spoon outside of elevator on floor the whole stay (3 nights), no fan in bathroom.

La proprété des chambres est correcte mais mériterai un peu plus d'attention.
Breakfast and location.
We were not informed that you must request room cleaning every day. We should have been informed of this at check in or least post signs stating requirements. Evening snacks are horrible. They could take some lessons from Drury hotels.

LA chambre manque de luminosité, en particulier celle donnant sur l’atrium de l’hôtel. Le ménage n’a pas été effectué de manière satisfaisante ( notre chambre n’a pas été faite. Pas de changement de serviettes ) ils ont oublié . Par ailleurs, de la vaisselle sale ou poubelles laissée par certains clients, restait parfois dans les parties communes jusqu’au lendemain.
Le petit-déjeuner est assez décevant, notamment en semaine où le service se termine dès 9 h, ce qui est particulièrement tôt et l’offre est limitée L’atrium peut également être bruyant en soirée, ce qui nuit au calme des chambres qui donnent sur cet espace.
Enfin, le parking est payant et l’hôtel est relativement éloigné de l’arrêt de train pour se rendre au centre ville
The bar reception, size and cleanliness of the room, location proximity to airport. Having the onsite restaurant for dinner and small bites was a wonderful plus. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast food options.
Staff member on front desk was lovely and helpful when we arrived after midnight super tired.

The front destroyer staff were incredibly helpful and answered all. your questions questions. The room was very comfortable. I slept like I hadn't in years.
I had a great experience overall, but perhaps having the option to do late checkout would be an added bonus. Especially when the hotel is not fully booked.
