Pros:

J'avais un mariage le lendemain de mon arrivée à l'hôtel et c'était tellement pratique car l'hotel de ville est à presque 5 minutes de marche. Je voudrais d'ailleurs remercier le personnel qui m'a permis de rester jusqu'à midi pour me preparer. Très à l'écoute, compréhensif et chaleureux

La disponibilità dello staff e la camera in quanto tale. Comodo il letto e ampio il bagno. Buona la posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Comodo il garage anche se ci sono stati dei disguidi con la prenotazione e ci e' stato offerto dalla struttura. La colazione non l'abbiamo provata.

Cons:

Il disguido sulla prenotazione del posto auto: quando siamo arrivati non c' era posto e dopo svariati tentativi e' stato trovato un posticino per la nostra moto. Se fossimo stati in macchina la cosa sarebbe risultata complicata. La struttura per sopperire al disguido ci ha gentilmente offerto il parcheggio.

Pros:

Hotel centrale, vecchio stile ma tenuto molto bene, camera e bagno tutto nuovo, letti comodi, staff molto disponibile, ho parcheggiato sotto l’hotel, a pagamento, un po stretta l’entrata, ma comodo se vuoi girare a piedi, il giorno della partenza mi hanno concesso di lasciare l’auto fino a pomeriggio, colazione ottima nulla da dire.

Cons:

L’ascensore dal piano terra a garage, solo scale.

Parfait pour une étape et situation idéale pour visiter Rouen
Pros:

Accueil super sympathique et beaucoup d’aide pour garer la voiture dans le parking qui est assez exigu.
Chambre confortable et totalement conforme à la réservation. Salle de bain nickel et équipée

Cons:

Le buffet petit déjeuner un peu faible en produits salés.
Les oreillers trop épais

Our room was lovely, modern and comfortable.
The location couldn't be better and the people that greet us were very friendly and helpful.
As we were just passing by we had breakfast in the hotel and was very nice.

Pros:

Posizione, con il centro della città raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10-15 minuti. Colazione ( è presente anche una macchina Nespresso con cialde a volontà). Presenza in camera di un frigorifero

Cons:

L'albergo ha un aspetto un po' vecchiotto, soprattutto la hall.Mancanza di aria condizionata nella camera, ma per fortuna, non era una notte troppo calda.
Avevo prenotato un posto nel parcheggio privato sotterraneo dell' hotel, ma al mio arrivo sono stato dirottato a un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento convenzionato, che si trova in una piazza vicinissima all' hotel, che alla fine si è rivelato più spazioso e meno caro di quello dell' hotel stesso.

Great hotel for families in the centre of Rouen. The breakfast is incredible!
Pros:

It is in a perfect location in the centre of Rouen, seconds away from the Cathedral and a few minutes from a host of restaurants.

Make sure you get the the hotel breakfast in the morning, it was incredible and great value.

The staff were charming and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Quite hot at night, but understandable with the current heatwave, although the staff did supply fans for us.
