Klein, aber fein (und laut)
Pros:

Es war sauber. Schönes Bad, Handtücher vorhanden.
Nettes Personal. Frühstück war lecker. Nichts hat gefehlt.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein und direkt an der Straße, wo auch nachts einiges los war. Parkplatz finden war etwas schwierig.
Balkon, trotz angegeben, nicht vorhanden.

Pros:

The room was a decent size for a 2 star hotel, everything was new and clean. The glazed balcony was very nice, with a bench and coffee table. I really appreciated the kettle in the room, which is not common outside the UK. My only complaint is that there were two small paper cups provided for tea, so please replace them with real cups.
The location is great, 15 min walk to the train station and 5 min to the pedestrian zone in the city center.

Un albergo veramente a modo
Pros:

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale. La proprietaria, molto carina, mi ha accolto calorosamente, ero completamente disfatta dal caldo e ha fatto del suo meglio per darmi una camera adeguata nonostante la canicola. Anche i suoi collaboratori sono stati deliziosi soprattutto la signorina alla reception. Inoltre, da considerare, la colazione è stata una delle migliori che io abbia mia fatto in albergo. Veramente notevole sia nella composizione che nell' esposizione. Complimenti!!!

Het hotel was zeker in orde . Kamer ok . Ontbijt ok. Parking vraagt wat behendigheid.
Pros:

Goede locatie om Rouen te voet te bezoeken.

Ontbijt was in orde.

Cons:

Daar wij in een uitzonderlijke hitte periode in Rouen waren ( hittegolf met steeds 35 graden en meer ) was de temperatuur in onze kamer zonder airco wel verschrikkelijk .
Verschillende musea waren ook gedurende deze hete periode gesloten.

Cons:

We had a very unpleasant incident. At night a couple of other guests entered the room number 12 of my friend. They were drunk and opened her room by mistake, as they lost their card and at reception somebody gave them the service key that opened any door in the hotel. It was very stressfull and unpleasant. Absolutely unbearable situation that spoiled the impression of the hotel!
