It was perfect for one night as I had an early flight the next morning
Pros:

The hotel is near Heathrow airport and there is a shuttle bus that runs which is convenient as I had an early flight.

Cons:

The floor of the shower needs to be replaced, it looked old and not very clean

Pros:

Good location and some friendly staff.

Cons:

Being allocated a small, accessible facility room (not requested) with non-working lift. Waited a long time to be served in the restaurant by diffident staff though the food was good when eventually asked for order. Room charge excessive given the room.
