Proximity to the airport and you could see the planes take off and land was fantastic.
Plenty of parking as well.
Good value for money, excellent public bus service to Heathrow, bus stop right outside Hotel. Really nice runway view room and the restaurant was surprisingly good. Check in staff very welcoming, especially female supervisor/front office manager.

Location and view of the runway .. can hardly be a better view of heathrow planes from a bedroom window than this hotel !

Staff (including cleaners in the corridors) were very friendly.
A very busy hotel with lots going on.. very interesting to even just sit in the lobby and watch all the comings and goings. Pilots. Air staff, people from all over the globe.
Can get very busy at checking in. They def need more staff at reception.
No coffee machine, just sachets and kettle.
Our window didn't open at all, so felt a bit claustrophobic .
