Good as normal but starting to be a little tired

Reception was slow
The airport location was good, only five minutes drive to the on-airport parking.
Staff are friendly, but very inexperienced. The food was overpriced for what it was. A meal described as Chicken Breast turned out to be thigh meat. When mentioning this to the restaurant staff, they didn't seem to know the difference between them. The room cost was pretty steep.
Staff excellent, room fab, all really good
The hotel was very clean, as was our twin room.
There were tea & coffee facilities in the room and there was a lovely ensuite bathroom with generously sized shower.
The meals in the hotel restaurant were well presented and delicious.
A hoppa bus calls at the hotel so it is easy to get to and from Heathrow airport.
All round, it was a great place to stay.
I had to wait quite a long time initially to check in, approximately 15/20 minutes. 3 members of staff were dealing with one customer whilst I was the next person waiting.
I was not acknowledged and it took time for extra staff to come to the reception desk.
However, once that happened, everything was attended to by Jasmay, a friendly and helpful member of staff.
Clean, helpful staff, very comfy beds, so convenient for the airport and made a lovely relaxed start to the holiday.
No issues
This plush and very comfortable property has a great location minutes from Heathrow’s Terminal 2. A very comfortable, spacious room with air-conditioning. The AC was an added bonus with the higher than average heat temperatures during my stay.
An extremely quiet room with very comfortable bed aided a fitful sleep before my long haul flight the following day.
I found the property to be more expensive than necessary. My one night stay included very good breakfast options. But I was surprised I had to pay for the shuttle to Terminal 2 which was minutes away. I thought, considering the higher price of the hotel, the shuttle could have been included.
Was perfectly comfortable for a good sleep before an early flight.
It was SLIGHTLY complicated finding how to get there from the terminal, especially late at night. Also, that 3 minute bus ride was expensive on both directions!

The location was perfect for our purposes
The room allocated had the door already open. I found it difficult to shut the door and reopen. When leaving to visit the restaurant it was difficult to shut and had to get a staff member to open again. It was dangerous as we could have been trapped in the room. We had to change rooms. A small object was found under the door. But the lock battery went dead and even the maintenance guy couldn’t open the door. This was a dangerous problem
