Pros:

Nice and spacious apartment with great location in Madrid. Clean and with two bathroom.

Cons:

On the picture there was a balcony. Only one apartment has balcony, so be sure to book the right one.

A great spot in a great city!
Pros:

The apartment is well positioned near town, breakfast is not in the building but a good five minute walk away. We didn’t miss anything but if you looked in detail you noticed some weaknesses. The double beds are small, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and for four people too small, other options for comfortable seating inside were missing. The terrace table and seating are lovely, but the hanging chair damaged and unusable. The WhatsApp chat useful and guys very friendly and helpful. The soundproofing excellent. The supermarket opposite open late.

Cons:

The pillows are thin and only one per person. A window was cracked. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was no kitchen towel in the kitchen. Coffee was gone with three tabs, and there are no shops which sell the delta tabs. Small things which don’t make you want to complain… especially on a three or four day short trip, where you are out more than in. We’d come back again.

Excelente ubicación y atención del equipo
Pros:

El apartamento nos ha parecido muy cómodo, limpio y excelentemente ubicado, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable. También nos gustó mucho la atención y amabilidad del equipo, especialmente el gesto de permitirnos guardar nuestras maletas en el hotel después del check-out mientras fuimos a desayunar al centro.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, creemos que sería aún más cómodo para los huéspedes si el horario de check-out pudiera extenderse hasta las 12:00 p.m.

את העובדה שהכל התנהל אונליין ולא היה מי שיקבל את פנינו. לצעירים זה מעולה. למבוגרים שלא שולטים, קצת פחות.

Céntrico, nuevo, camas muy cómodas, todo genial

Todo está muy bien, por mencionar algo quizás el lavabo del baño del pasillo, muy alto y salpica mucho el agua.
