Pros:

The stuff was five stars and that made everything fine for me. They even allowed me to use the parking one day after I left, which is not easy in such a location.

Cons:

Far away from four stars. But the location and the stuff definitely made it worth.

I hated to return to my room at the end of the day.
Pros:

I liked the staff. They were nice.

Cons:

The rooms were terrible. Old furniture, grounds next to room full of trash, an old toilet laying out, cardboard, the rooms were dark, ugly, old, creepy. Terrible pillows and mattresses.

Lovely Spanish villa
Pros:

Love the Spanish property and the grounds. The inside is a little dated but new stair carpets are going in which will make an immense improvement. There needs a lot of woodwork to be done and the property towels bedspreads sheets are well used, they need replacing also. Overall once we moved from our first nightmare room with light streaming in and plumbing noise for hours after trying to go to sleep, we were given a much better room. All in all we had a good time and the property is close to the beach and looks amazing from the outside. Just needs those things fixed and would be amazing.

We waren op familiebezoek en daar was het een prima verblijf voor.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, dicht bij het water.

Cons:

Ontbijt was zeer slecht en het personeel niet echt vriendelijk als ze al aanwezig waren. Het zwembad was niet uitnodigend. Prijs-kwaliteit niet helemaal in verhouding.

Spacious and comfortable room.

Cons:

Noisy- The windows weren’t airtight enough, so we had a lot of noise from the street at night and on the morning we woke up very early due to a massive noise from the plumbing of other rooms.

Love it and would stay there again for the price...
Pros:

This hotel is located in the best part of Santa Barbera, very nice, historic but I see what they charge on the weekends and wow, very high for this hotel! The owner was very nice and took the time to talk to us, I would stay there again, only if I got it on a week day price...

Cons:

The pool area is a little cluttered, need to get rid of some of the older statures, and clean up the fountain at the end of the pool.
