Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est vraiment agréable et le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : accueillant, sympathique, toujours disponible et souriant.
Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues, ce qui permet de se sentir rapidement à l’aise.
Les piscines sont propres et bien entretenues, avec des transats en très bon état, parfaits pour se détendre.
Côté restauration, le buffet proposé à chaque repas est varié. Les quantités sont largement suffisantes et la qualité des plats est au rendez-vous.

As a returning guest, I was once again left feeling satisfied with my stay. While the hotel itself isn’t the most visually impressive, it offers good value for money and delivers on the essentials. Its location is a real highlight right in the heart of the action, yet tucked away just enough to avoid the noise.

The rooms are modern and generally well-kept, though some areas could benefit from a bit of TLC. That said, they’re clean, functional, and perfectly suited for short stays.

However, one major downside was the breakfast. On each of the three mornings, we were served undercooked hash browns and sausages that were not just slightly off, but noticeably raw. This wasn’t a one-off issue it happened repeatedly, which made it even more concerning. We raised this with the breakfast staff at the time, but unfortunately they seemed uninterested and made no effort to apologise or address the problem.

We also reported it to the front desk, hoping for a more appropriate response, but again there was no real acknowledgement or apology. It was disappointing to see such a lack of concern over something that is both a basic expectation and a potential health risk. Thankfully, we chose not to eat the sausages, which likely saved us from spending a good portion of the trip unwell.

Overall, the stay was still positive in many respects, but the breakfast experience and the way it was handled left a sour note that shouldn’t be overlooked.

Le confort de la chambre est remarquable et l emplacement de l'hôtel près du centre est très bien.

Personale gentile, bello l'arredamento, comoda la posizione anche se non sulla spiaggia, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

This was my first time visiting Ibiza and as I was travelling alone, I was a little worried. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and there was a mixed group of guests of all ages. Bed and pillows were comfy. Close to the marina and a handy Lidl across the road. I would definitely come back.

E' andato tutto bene, alla reception molto cordiali, avendo fatto il ceck-in on-line è stato molto veloce, ascensori veloci e ben tenuti, mi hanno dato una camera vista piscina, le dimensioni sono un pò contenutema per due persone vanno bene ed il terrazzo è un valore aggiunto, il bagno era ok, la doccia ottima non usciva neanche una goccia d'acqua.
l'hotel meritava le 4 stelle assegnate, alla partenza David è stato veramente gentile.
