Cons:

Ik moest bij aankomst betalen voor 4 overnachtingen terwijl dit bedrag ook gereserveerd was op de creditcard en dus ook was afgeschreven. Dit is later wel gecorrigeerd.

Lovely location and pool!
Pros:

The location and the pool area. Prices at the hotel were also very good. The seafood buffet was great! The breakfast buffet was aamaaazing!

Cons:

There was a mix of friendly and not so friendly staff. The 2 people that were there with our arrival did not make me feel very welcome.. each time after that asking them questions made me feel like I was bothering them. However, other staff were super nice, especially at the bar. The hotel does not really go the extra mile for you, it’s just what you see is what you get. The gym is also very underwhelming, super small and there are no mats. Also, small things were extra- like using the safe.

A szálloda kinézete, belsőépítészete nagyon elegáns, számomra kifejezetten tetszett.
Tisztasága is rendkívüli.
A reggeli svédasztalos, finom élelmiszereket tartalmaz. Mindenki talál magának valót.

Cons:

Szerintem röhejes, hogy a széfért fizetni kellett.

Nice hotel in Santa Eualaria.
Pros:

Hotel is centrally located in Santa Eualaria, close to port and beach. Room was on the small side but breakfast was excellent, loads of choice.

Cons:

Took ages to check in, apparently we were doubled booked. Don't know why they couldn't have given us our room and sorted this themselves. We were made wait while numerous phone calls were made!

Warmest friendliest hotel
Pros:

The staff were so friendly . Despite us sleeping past check out time they were so easy to deal with and nothing was a problem . Every staff member we met we were greeted with a friendly smile . The facilities are spot on and location and cleanliness are 10/10 will be staying again

Кондиционер очень слабый, на балконе стулья нагревались от солнца, можно было бы иметь тент, чтобы им закрыть палящее солнце.
