We mentioned the squeaky door and coffee machine at reception
Pros:

Location of the hotel was perfect.
Staff were very friendly
Nice breakfast

Cons:

Room was very small, a small window looking onto an internal corridor.
Very small bathroom and shower, shower was not very powerful connecting taps were broken so very difficult to adjust water temperature.
Bathroom door did not close properly and also squeaked this was very annoying.
Room supplied a filtered coffee machine, unfortunately nowhere to plug it in safely, not enough sockets.

Cons:

After several serious hygiene issues with both the room and the breakfast, we decided to leave the hotel early. The management initially agreed to provide a refund and advised us to contact Booking.com. However, once Booking.com got involved, the hotel refused to honour the refund agreement. Very disappointing experience overall — I would avoid this hotel.

Chegamos e o elevador não estava funcionando. O senhor da recepção disse que estaria funcionando em 2 horas, mas 2 dias depois ainda não estava funcionando. Estávamos com 2 malas de 23kg + 2 malas de mão para 2 pessoas. Pedimos quarto no térreo, falaram que não tinha disponível. Nos alocaram no terceiro andar. Tivemos que subir e descer pelas escadas apertadas com todas as malas. Nenhum funcionário se ofereceu para ajudar. 2 dias de hospedagem e 2 dias sem elevador . Não recomendo esse hotel.
Café da manhã também não tem flexibilidade, inicia tarde e os passeios turísticos saem cedo. Solicitamos alguma flexibilidade e não fomos atendidos.
Não tem geladeira no quarto mas pode ser usada geladeira da recepção.
O quarto tem barulho de pombo 24 horas por dia e tem pombos na janela.

친절한 직원, 고풍스러운 디자인, 간단하지만 맛있는 조식

Cons:

엘리베이터가 고장나서 6층까지 걸어서 올라가고 내려와야 했음. 호텔에서는 어떠한 보상도 없었음. (처음에 짐을 올려주는 것을 도와주는 것이 유일한 도움이었음) 무거운 짐을 가지고 내려올때는 이 호텔을 이용한 것을 후회했음. 또한 청결도가 아쉬웠음. 거실에는 라디에이터가 나왔지만 침실에는 라이에이터가 나오지 않았음. 조식이 간단해도 첫날에는 꽤 만족해씨만 두 번째 날에는 조식 메뉴가 너무 금방 없어져서 불만이었음

Staff stole my wireless charger during room cleaning.

I am deeply disappointed with my stay. My wireless charger was stolen from my room during housekeeping, and the response from management has been completely unacceptable. The manager is consistently unavailable, no one on staff has made any genuine effort to investigate the theft, and zero compensation or resolution has been offered. This is a serious breach of trust — guests should feel safe leaving their belongings in their room. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to think twice. I will not be returning and will be escalating this matter further.
