Will never book there again.
Pros:

Nothing didn’t stay more than 5 minutes.

Cons:

Very dirty, mold on ceiling and in bathroom. Bad smell on couch all the furniture looked like from the 70’s. Outside filthy also.

Pros:

Location was great. Amenities were also very good.

Cons:

Toilet was not clean very well. Bathtub drained slow. Room was really small

Pros:

The view was ok and location to the beach was nice and the pool was nice

Cons:

It was dirty the pillow cases and comforter were stained ... the door lock to the patio was broken the dishwasher was leaking but i fixed it

Excellent value - much better than our experience renting a house

My experience
Pros:

The hotel was great they had numerous events for the kids to do.
The hotel has a kids pool which mine loved, me too to be honest.
The rooms are simple and small but, we didnt spend alot of time in the room so it wasn't a big deal.
It is directly across the street form the beach. Your tempting fate by running across so we just paid for parking. There are some beach rentals not associated to the hotel. So you can sit all day.
The hotel is about 10 minutes or less from anything and everything (food, Walmart, moody gardens, pleasure pier, etc)

Easy beach going!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful experience, me and my family enjoyed the spacious rooms and my wife loved the kitchen setup. The pool is refreshing, the fitness room helped me stay on my calories, and the staff was wonderful and super friendly, if you’re gonna come down to Galveston, come stay here with your family, I had to save a bit of money as it is not cheap but it’s worth it, we love Galveston and this helped us have peace instead of driving back and forth between Houston and Galvy.

We had fun and enjoyed the pool and location especially.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and responsive.

Cons:

Dated decor, worn carpet and cracks in the bathroom tile. There was rust and mold in the shower.

It was a relaxing stay, so didn't want to be bothered with any updates or tours.

Cons:

I was traveling with my handicapped Mother in a wheelchair. I noticed there wasn't enough "handicap parking" near the elevator. It was a little difficult loading/unloading in the rain as all the covered parking was taken. There must only be very few "accessible' units on property. Our unit was nice, but didn't offer any grab-bars near the toilet or in the shower for assistance!
