Pros:

The service from Luna and team was exceptional , from receiving us and helping getting to the correct destination for departing hanoi , sent us emails on which local food stores to go to even booked us into a restaurant were reservations are required , definitely be back to this one

El hotel es pequeñito pero muy limpio, cómodo y funcional. No había ni un bicho, la limpieza muy correcta, la habitación muy grande para ser Vietnam, Dejaban agua de cortesía a diario, el aire acondicionado funcionaba de Maravilla. La piscina en la azotea un plus que se agradece, puedes utilizarla 24/7, que al llegar de un día largo con calor y excursiones un buen chapuzón se agradece. Las habitaciones que tienen ventana al lateral están muy bien porque no se oye nada la calle. Hay sitios para comer y comprar cerca, al lado de la calle del tren. La ubicación es buena pero está a 10 min andando del centro neurálgico del centro histórico, que no es impedimento pero si está más cerca mejor. . Recomendaría este hotel seguro

Todo me gustó, por poner alguna cosa, el agua caliente fluctúa mucho y pasa de muy caliente a templada pero bueno no es un problema grave.

comfiest beds, highly recommended
Pros:

Beds were so comfortable and soft, slept so well. Air conditioning was excellent, cools down the room to the temperature you want, without blowing your hair off or freezing you in bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool is nice with great views to the city. Definitely would go back to that hotel next time again. Close to the Train street and some excellent local art shops.

Cons:

Our room didn't have a nice view, but then again - we escaped the street noise.

Fabulous location!

Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, staff super atento y simpático. Muy buen desayuno. Camas muy cómodas. Los baños en la piscina de la azotea.
