Très bon emplacement, on nous a proposé une autre chambre plus petite mais plus calme ce qui nous convenait. Petite piscine mais très agréable d'en profiter.

Amazing location in the Old Quarter and near Train Street, and a lovely hotel too. The staff are so friendly and make you feel completely at home and the breakfast is really good too. Definitely recommend

Well, even though breakfast area is a bit small but they have provided quite a bit food items for breakfast. can't complaint
the heat in the season effected alot in the property particular in the hall way to our room. if that can be improved then the hotel should get a thumb up. Rather than that we enjoy to stay here and of course we will come back here again next time in Hanoi
Tout petit Hôtel mais il a tout d'un grand!! Il possède tous les équipements nécessaires et est extrênement bien situé pour la visite que nous avons prévue à Hanoi.
Petit déjeuner copieux, piscine avec bar sur le toi.
Mais cette hôtel n'est rien sans son personnel qui a été acceuillant du début à la fin. Ils ont pris soin de nous comme si nous étions de la famille.
Notre fille n'arrête pas de pensé à eux.

Je ne trouve aucun défaut. Et si il en fallait un, je suis sûr que le personnel de l'hôtel aurait trouvé une solution sans problème.

Booked a standard double. Would have been good to know before booking that the room had NO window or natural light.
