Geweldig lief personeel op een perfecte plek midden in de oude chaotische stad.
Pros:

Het dakterras, de mensen die er werken waren echt geweldig. Van schoonmakers tot de receptie. En het ontbijt was ook uitstekend. Perfect hotel om je Vietnam reis mee te starten

Cons:

‘‘s avonds laat was er geen warm water en de straal was heel zacht. Maar dat komt vast in heel Hanoi voor.

Goed gelegen en comfortabel
Pros:

Comfortabele kamers, zalige bedden, centraal en toch rustig ‘s nachts. San Palace is een ideale aankomstplek met veel tips om de eerste dagen je draai te vinden. Het kruispunt voor de deur is de ideale cursus ‘straat oversteken in Hanoi’.
Zwembad was welgekomen verkoeling.

Cons:

Ik heb al betere koffie gedronken, verder wel gevarieerd ontbijt als je een plekje in de kleine ontbijtruimte kan bemachtigen

Goed, comfortabel verblijf met prima ontbijt, personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam !!
Pros:

Perfecte locatie midden in het hart van de oude stad, Train Street 2 minuten lopen, veel restaurantjes ook op 2 minuten lopen, Circle K (mini-supermarket) op 100 meter lopen

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Waren zu viert in Familienzimmer mit einem großen und einem kleinen Bett, sofort wurde zusätzliches Bett auf Nachfrage besorgt. Kümmern sich bei Bedarf um Taxifahrten und Ausflüge. Sehr sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück!!! Perfekte Lage (train street 2 Minuten) und süßer Pool und Cocktailbar auf dem Dach.

Pros:

We loved the location, really close to all the attractions and most importantly the Old Quarter. Just a 5 minute walk to the famous Line Street and some excellent street food. Plus all the conveniences including money changers, pharmacy, small shops.

Cons:

Literally the only criticism would be the limited tables for breakfast, sometimes you may have to wait until other guests have finished before getting a table. But it really wasn’t a big deal.

Prima hotel, goed locatie, fijn zwembadje
Pros:

Klein zwembad maar heerlijk om einde middag of na het eten en een rondje door de stad even in te hangen om af te koelen. Gezellig barretje erbij met heerlijke juices en c/mocktails. Het hele hotel is simpel en wat gedateerd, maar zeker schoon en rustig zo midden in de stad.

Cons:

Het aantal ontbijt plekjes is net te krap als het hotel vol is, jammer want de dag samen aan 1 tafel beginnen vinden wij fijn.

Wat een superlief personeel, die overal mee helpt. Alles in persoon of via app. Ondanks korte verblijf voelden wij ons hier super!

Schönes kleines Hotel in top Lage zum Old Quarter und zur Train Street
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Lage, großes geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, süßer Rooftop Pool und kleine Skybar. Preis-Leistung passt total. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Oben am Pool zwischendurch mal benutze Handtücher weg räumen und neu auffüllen sowie die kleinen Tische abräumen. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico. Hotel muy Nuevo, muy bonito. Piscina en la azotea muy pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarte después de un día de turismo.

Cons:

Todo perfecto.
Quizá la habitación para 4 se queda un poco pequeña pero lo compensa el hotel y su personal.
