Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig um das OldQuarter fußläufig zu erkunden, das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit - alle Tipps (SIM-Karte, Abholung Flughafen, Essen gehen, Ausflüge) waren goldrichtig. Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern, aber super bequem und sauber. Der Pool mit der Bar ist hervorragend um mit den Kindern einen ereignisreichen Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

Sin duda la ubicación y muchos restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas alrededor. El personal muy agradable y atentos. La habitación olía a limpio las sábanas y las toallas

Belle endroit pour visiter le vieux quartier d’Hanoi

L’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité des lieux d’intérêt à visiter à Hanoi. Le personnel est au petit soin et très à l’écoute. L’accueil et la chambre sont parfaite et la piscine même petite est très appréciable après une journée de balade

Great stay with a few shortcomings
Pros:

Located in the old quarter of Hanoi and well accessible to most sightseeing destinations.The room was comfortable with all the necessary facilities.The breakfast was served within the hotel lobby and was delicious.The staff were very friendly and helpful.They even upgraded my second room with a much bigger room and balcony.

Cons:

Twin Deluxe room was a tad small with just enough space to squeeze around to enter the bathroom.The bathroom door lock wasn’t functioning at all.The Aircon chilling could have been more optimal as it sometimes got very warm at night.

Estancia corta pero muy gratificante
Pros:

Sobre todo la amabilidad del personal, no solo mientras te alojas, también cuando haces el check out y te dejan usar las instalaciones y guardarte la maleta. Te brindan botellas de agua, toallas para ducharte antes de irte al aeropuerto. Les damos un 10

Vanaf het eerste moment waren we onder de indruk van de enorme gastvrijheid en de behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Niets was te veel moeite en we voelden ons echt welkom.
We kregen bovendien een upgrade naar een prachtige kamer, waardoor we op dezelfde verdieping als onze zonen konden verblijven. Dat was voor ons als gezin echt een enorme meerwaarde.
De bedden waren heerlijk comfortabel en zorgden voor een zalige nachtrust. Ook het zwembad op het dak was een absolute troef: ideaal om na een drukke dag in het warme Hanoi even te verfrissen
.
Kortom: een zeer aangenaam hotel met een geweldige service, comfortabele kamers en bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Een echte aanrader!
