Have stayed here before, would stay again
Pros:

I love the location. It’s in center city but away from the crowds and noise. The rooftop deck is fantastic. The staff were really nice.

Cons:

The beds are very low & might be difficult for some people to get in and out of. They’re comfortable though.

for the price - really pathetic.
Pros:

the location and interior design were great.

Cons:

the service. terrible. the bed was made with fitted sheets too small for it, the duvet cover was not on the duvet but over it. there was no ‘complimentary’ water. there was only enough coffee for two days. the service providers were low rent. the folks who cleaned the hallways on the floors were loud and obnoxious early in the morning. the place is concrete - give us break!! you don’t need to be yelling down the long halls from one end to the other the early morning hours. the desk attendant when we checked in would not even look us in the eye. we were not told any details about front door exit or entrance after hours.

Great stay, spacious apartments.
Pros:

Love the space and cleanliness of the units.

A MUST STAY
Pros:

Upon arrival the whole lobby smells amazing. Front desk customer service 10/10... we arrived a little early due to us going to a festival and really just wanted to drop our bags at the front desk and change clothes real quick in a bathroom. The gentleman at the front desk allowed up to check in our room because it was ready! We were extremely grateful. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great ideas of food things to do etc. The rooms are very rustic sheek. Beautiful appliances for the kitchen with a real downtown warehouse vibe in a good way. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need for a great stay if you wanted to cook. There is a washer and dryer with a complementary tide pod just in case you need to wash a load. Absolutely great loft property!
