We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.
Pros:

The property was centrally located to what we wanted to see and a short walk from the tube station. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the pub downstairs was fantastic.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

Very enjoyable stay with great staff
Pros:

The staff are so friendly and the food was superb. It was my mum’s 75th birthday and they decorated the room for her.

It was a tad bit hot. But there was a heatwave on. We did have a fan

Heel praktisch gelegen, super vriendelijk, gebrek aan airco.
Pros:

De centrale liggen was super. Van hieruit kon gans Londen te voet bezocht worden. Hadden we geen zijn in wandelen, dan was openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Het goede ontbijt en het super vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

Het ontbreken van airco in tot voorlopig de heetste week van het jaar. Het hotel zorgde voor 2 ventilatoren, wat heel lief was, maar eigenlijk niks veranderde aan de hitte in de kamer. De ramen konden enkel op een kier, dus langs daar kwam ook minimaal lucht om 's nachts voor verkoeling te zorgen.

Good location, nice breakfast, lovely staff

Cons:

Unfortunately the hottest day of the year. No air-conditioning, which, when I booked the room, I did not realise. Two fans were provided but one was so noisy you could hear it from the elevator door! Luckily, one fan helped, just, to keep me cool (ish). Luckily the windows opened but hard to get cool air to flow into the room. At all other times of the year it would be fine!

Pros:

The room was cute and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices and everything was delicious. The very best part was the staff. Every person was kind and helpful and it felt like we had known them all for years. Truly every staff member in the hotel and restaurant were great.

Cons:

The only thing was the heat and the hotel portion not having AC. The staff gave us an extra fan and we happened to be there the 2 days it was the hottest in recorded history, but that isn't the hotels fault! Cant blame them at all.

Koselig hotell, svært hyggelig og imøtekommende personale

Sentralt, kort vei til severdigheter, personalet var meget hyggelig, koselig hotell

Cons:

Det var veldig varmt på rommet, selv med vifte, kunne hatt godt av litt oppussing og A/C
