Pros:

Do not stay here!! The staff and owner are rude and bully-ish. The rooms are gross. It is not worth it! There are many other lovely hotels in the area. Skip this one!!!

L hôtel est très bien placé , en plein cœur de ville .Le confort bon .

Cons:

Hélas impossible de dormir jusqu'à 3heures du matin ! Nous avions l' impression d' être DANS une boîte de nuit ! Musique tonitruante .J aurais aimé connaître le niveau de décibels... Donc si l hôtel présente de nombreuses qualités n ' y allez surtout pas en week-end ou alors insistez pour avoir une chambre loin de la salle de pub .

The hotel needs some work the bathtubs/shower was dangerous for most guests. Big step in narrow tub and slippery.wa
Pros:

Well the location was excellent and the room did have 3 twin beds for the 3 of us Americans visiting the wonderful town of Ennis. The coffee shop and restaurant attached to the hotel was really good.

Cons:

It was pretty old. The noise on Friday and Saturday from the bar/nightclub may disturb some patrons of this hotel. No one answered the doorbell for the hotel on Thursday night and a security guard at the nightclub helped us get in. The bathroom had broken tiles on the floor.The lighting in the room and the hallways were very dim.

made a reservation for one night for two people, my boyfriend and me. My boyfriend is Irish and was arriving late due to work, so I arrived from Spain at 3:48 p.m. to check in. The reservation was under my name. When I arrived, they would not allow me to check in because it was still 12 minutes before 4:00 p.m., so I sat and waited. I did not see any problem with that.
I checked in at 4:00 p.m. without any issues. Later that evening, my boyfriend arrived. The following morning, around 8:00 a.m., we went out for breakfast. When we returned, I realized I had lost the key card.
We went together to reception, and they made a huge issue out of it. They claimed that I had checked in alone and that my boyfriend was not registered, so they would not allow him to enter the room, even to collect his luggage. They accompanied me upstairs, unlocked the door, and stood there in an angry and intimidating manner until I packed both my belongings and my boyfriend’s belongings.
The way we were treated was completely unacceptable. We felt as though we were not valued or respected as people. To make matters worse, my €150 deposit was never returned.
This experience was unbelievable. As one of the reviews said: “Do not set foot in this hotel.” I read that comment beforehand and still decided to stay there, which is something I deeply regret.

Location in the heart of old Ennis.

Cons:

Numerous maintenance issues in our room, such as no latch on the bathroom door (none at all), the room lights were so dim and insufficient that it was difficult to see what we doing after dark, the table lamp stopped working right we turned it on, the toilet seat was loose, and the bar stabilizing the the shower barrier was disconnected.
