Ideal central location for my work trip, all facilities, room very clean and modern. Might be more street noise at week
Pros:

Excelente localização.

Cons:

Quarto demasiado quente, parecia inacabado. Radiador fazia demasiado barulho e nao funcionava. Televisão tambem nao funcionava num dos quartos.
O chuveiro nao estava muito bem limpo.

It was a very unfortunate experience. This is the only bad review that I have ever written. Sorry...
Pros:

We enjoyed the location.

Cons:

Our request to have our rooms nearby, didn't happen. Upon checkin we were given room 219. It was extremely dark in the room. No lamps, no overhead light, just dimly lit wall lights, that could not be turned up. Next, I went to use the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not even attached! I went flying against the wall. It wasn't a matter of being tightened, it was completly broken. We asked to be moved, and were denied, with promises to move us after lunch on the following day.
We spent the night without a seat on our toilet. No compensation or concern for our safety was mentioned. My husband and I are 77, and 82. Needless to say, I will advise all family and friend, visting Ennis, stay far away from the Queens Hotel!

Okay stay
Pros:

Being able to see the friary and being in the room.
When the music came on it was nice at first early in the evening.
Room was clean.
Staff are good.

Cons:

Window dirt marks on the outside of it.
It was very dark hallways while walking to and from room. Not really good for a woman or girl on their own and coming back late at night.
Late night music with DJ is extremely loud especially if you are trying to get to sleep.

Rooms were brutal. Curtains weren't hung properly, beds with very cheap mattresses! Bath towels were actually hand towels! Stopper for hand basin was too big so my dad couldn't shave, shoer curtain was disgusting! And tiles manky..I wouldn't take a shower tbh. So called manage, heavy guy, shirt hanging out his trousers, very unkept has zero customer service as I left reception he could clearly b heard sighing. Then again by the look of him he was clearly taking my complaint as a hard day's work!! I actually dont know how this can be classed as a hotel. It shouldn't even make hoatel. By far the worst and grimiest place I have stayed! 150 euro deposit...for what?? Not 1 thing in the room was valuable, all out dated and handles missing!! Absolute joke of a hotel

Pros:

Bonne qualité de literie, pas trop ferme

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit ! Chambre 112, impossible de fermer l’œil car la porte d’entrée au Rez de chaussée claquait constamment ! 83 fois en moins d’une heure ! Et ceux, TOUTE LA NUIT.
Nous prenions l’avion à 7h donc nous sommes parti à 4h30, l’hôtel ne propose pas de breakfast box pourtant le petit déjeuner est inclus normalement dans le prix de la chambre, mais n’ouvre qu’à 8h.
Et beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre la nuit. Donc pas dormi et pas de petit déjeuner ..
