Overall great stay if you are on a short layover and flying out of CDG

Le taxi commandé par la réception était assez cher et j’avoue que j’ai eu peur lorsque ma carte ne fonctionnait pas pour le régler car il m’a conduite dans un endroit que je ne connaissais pas pour soi disant retirer de l’argent en sa compagnie.
Heureusement que j’ai eu l’idée de le payer par Paypal et j’ai finalement pu atteindre l’aéroport, ouf !

Over charge from what i paid for
Pros:

The main reason that I choose this hotel is because the shuttle service to airport. However, the space is very limited and the time slot we'd like to book is not available. This forces us to be at airport way early than we like. I wish they have more or bigger shuttle for this service.

Cons:

The AC is not on when we walk into the room. Trying to call front desk and found out the phone is not working either. Going to make coffee in the room and realize that there is no coffee machine in the room even though all capsules are on the counter. The room seems outdated and needs major maintenance.

Poor Management
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean and most staff friendly. The manager was not. We traveled from the states and booked a room months in advance with them. This stay was for less than 12 hours (9pm-8am). We have 3 small children, one who sleeps with us on all our travels. One room with two beds is always plenty of space. Upon our arrival we checked in at the front desk and all seemed well and fine. As soon as we made it to the room the manager called our room to tell us we would be charged for two rooms since we had 5 “people” and not 4 or less-and the room would not be conjoining. This was not 5 adults or even 2 adults and 3 large children, but 2 adults and 3 small children that cannot stay in a room alone. A ridiculous cold decision by a manager to cash in on another room and splitting the family up.

THis is a great property for a one night stay close to Charles DeGaulle airport.
Pros:

THe hotel
Was very nice with lovely public spaces for lounging in the lobby and for dining. THe staff was welcoming and ROoms were very clean. BReakfast at the property was exceptional!

Cons:

THe only negative was the shuttle service from Charles DeGaulle. After waiting for 45 minutes with no shuttle in sight, I finally had to take a taxi to the hotel.

Standard 3-star business hotel - expected more from a Marriott class hotel
Pros:

Cons:

The hotel needs some serious renovations: old bathrooms/ WCs, old floor carpets The rooms need some refurbishing works

Went above and beyond to make first experience i Paris exceptional.
