Wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

Fairly clean and managed to park nearby,bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was like a converted garage; white washed brick wall; hardly room to get either side of the bed & very limited space in the rest of the room. Not an inviting or comfortable space at all. The website photo of the room is misleading.
Breakfast was bog standard & the coffee was always lukewarm.
Some staff were helpful; others not so much.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, Zimmer eher schlicht für 4 Sterne
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber eher schlicht eingerichtet. Die Sicht vom 3. Stock auf den See hat mir sehr gefallen, doch bei offenem Fenster hört man die Autos sehr gut. Nachts war es jedoch dank schallisolierten Fenstern ruhig. Es hat deutsche TV-Sender. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Wir erhielten einen Welcome-Drink und Snacks sowie 2 Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer gratis.
Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht.

Cons:

Matratze etwas hart. Bei offenem Fenster war es aufgrund der nahen Strasse recht laut.

Pros:

Location, the hotel is situated in front of the lake in the center, with restaurants and shops around and the boat ferry close by. Great to take boats and trip on and off at different locations

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Nette Mitarbeiter. Süße Kleinigkeiten beim Empfang.

War sehr schön❤️
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Rundherum ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, was Verbania Intra betrifft. Frühstück war super. Unser Auto wurde (leider) angefahren - und mit Marisa hatten wir eine superfreundliche, hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin. Toll war, dass sie fließend deutsch sprach und dadurch vieles mit und für uns regeln konnte und die Sprache kein Hindernis war. Vielen Dank hierfür nochmals von unserer Seite aus. War klasse.

Honestly didn’t feel four star but was ok. Would look at lake view or different Hitel next time in Verbania
