The noise of the drag racing and cars spinning around during all hours of the night
Well located and serviced in the heart of the village. Rooms are large and comfortable.
Noise Disturbances: The stay was ruined by disruptive sounds, including late-night drag racing and early-morning taxi hooting.
Baffling Food Rules: There is no room service, and while outside deliveries are permitted, guests are restricted to eating only in their rooms.
Unwelcoming Bar Policy: When our group was at the hotel bar, we were bizarrely not allowed to consume food there.
Aggressive Management: The manager approached us in an intimidating manner, unnecessarily bringing a security guard along.
Ethical Concerns: The hotel actively convinced us to cancel our Booking.com reservation by promising a better rate
The location
Upon arrival the room was dirty, the bathroom was not clean. It seemed as if the housekeeping was not attended to after someone checked out.
The manager at reception was excellent. Very accommodating. She was very welcoming and made me feel special. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in U.K. definitely. 👌
