La habitación, el desayuno y las piscinas están genial. La ubicación es fenomenal y las vistas desde el comedor también.
El papel del WC es reciclado y aspero, peor que de aeropuerto o bar. Creo que un hotel de 4 estrellas con tan buenas calidades debería poner el papel suave, aunque no sea ecológico.
El baño podría ser un poco más amplio.

If you want to use sauna you need to pay EUR20 which is strange (swimming pool is free).

Nice hotel in a very convenient location near the lake and good restaurants nearby. The view from our room was wonderful. We enjoyed getting a massage in the hotel. Parking was always available (at an extra charge).
The pool was disappointing. I expected thermal water to include a hot soaking pool, but it was lukewarm and crowded. Breakfast buffet could have been higher quality.

We had a great time at the hotel which is situated very close to Lake Bled. We stayed here for my wife’s birthday and the extra attention to detail from the staff (in particular the concierge Maja) by recommending local restaurants and decorating the room out made the stay extra special!
Izvrstan bogati dorucak, iznimno udobni kreveti, blizina svega potrebnog, odlican wellness, jako ugodno i pristupacno osoblje.
