Relaxing stay with all the amenities before starting a gate 1 tour. Breakfast was wonderful

Superb hotel, lovely staff & ideal location
Pros:

The views from the room were amazing ! The hotel is very nice & in a great location !

Cons:

Only moan was thought the windows in swimming pool were filthy & need a good clean ! Also floor on swimming pool was a bit black in places ! Think as it is such a lovely hotel these are things that should be kept on top of !

Great view from the rooms if you get the lake view one. Not much else to sing about unfortunately

Cons:

We were turned away from the hotel at 1 pm on the day of check-in (check-in time 3 pm) and told to come back at 6pm! It meant we couldn't leave our bags and go explore the area. There was an event that took up the whole hotel, and there was no prior communication about this

Overall thoughts for the room and hotel - for the price you pay, it is pretty basic compared to similar hotels I have stayed in at that price point

Rooms should be comfortable if air con were to work

Cons:

Air conditioning out of action until day 2 of 3 day stay - charming manager Tomasz suggested a negotiated refund of a percentage of that night’s cost via booking.com which has not yet happened two weeks later.
My data was scammed and money taken from my credit card account in advance which was unexpected. An apologetic letter to all who had booked hotel arrived from Sava Resorts but the manager was surprisingly unaware of this data breach.
Cafeteria style restaurant only. Expensive hotel.

Man kann das Elektroauto pauschal für 25€ laden.

Cons:

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war das Frühstück nicht gut, denn die Säfte beim Frühstück waren sehr dünn.

300€ sind für eine Übernachtung zu viel

Sicuramente posizione perfetta: Ad una decina di minuti camminado dal lago, dalla seggiovia con view + discesa in “slittino” , da ristoranti buonissimi.
Abbiamo apprezzato la varieta e la qualita della colazione.
Molto carina anche la zona relax con pidcona interna, scivolo per bambini e una piccola parte esterna con lettini e view sul lago.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo nessuno si era degnato di mandare una mail per informare che nell hotel vi era in corso un evento, per cui ci e stato impossibile parcheggiare vicino.(con conseguente camminatina in salita con bagagli+ pagamento altro parcheggio + pagamento parcheggio hotel).
Alla reception non avevano inoltre idea del sistema che la sicurezza e i parcheggiatori all’esterno stavano utilizzando con gli ospiti appena arrivati.non la fine del mondo ma nemmeno trattamento a 4 stelle.

Sono venuti a chiederci di pulire la stanza alle 15:30 (ora in cui eravamo appena tornati da un escursione, motivo per il quale abbiamo declinato l’offerta)
Non credo che sia accettabile in un hotel a 4 stelle tornare alle 15:40 e vedere che nessuno sia ancora entrato in camera a sistemarla.
Siamo spesso backpackers, non ci scandalizziamo ma Comunque e da notare in un hotel 4 stelle questo tipo di trattamento.

Wonderful stay in Bled, just perfect 🤩

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with a focus on wellbeing as per Rikli teachings. Hotel service was very efficient, rooms beautifully appointed, honestly very clean. Breakfast offers great variety including gluten free, organic options.

A wonderful stay in this hotel!
Pros:

We really loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived & throughout our stay with a special mention to Sanja at breakfast & dinner. She was so friendly, helpful & a credit to your hotel. The man at the omelette station was also very friendly & welcoming at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble! Views from the hotel were stunning & the location was perfect for exploring Lake Bled. The pool area was a great addition. Such a wonderful selection for breakfast too! We had the buffet dinner one evening during our stay & there was a lovely selection. We loved our stay here!

We would happily return next year
Pros:

The room, the view, the breakfast, the crew, the bicycle rental option and the bikes themselves. The ability to stay after check out in the pools. The slide in the pools, the sunbeds. The showers in the pool area were perfect. Would definitely return next year.

Cons:

The massage we got was not good to be honest. The bath was cold and not from real milk and honey and that wasn't explained properly (or at all). The shower in the room has a problem with staying in the same temperature. It would alternate between very hot and very cold. Stream wasn't strong enough. Bottle of water in the room was too expensive.
