Zwembad was eigenlijk zwemparadijs voor kinderen maar door de drukte niet echt geschikt om tot rust te komen

W miarę dobra lokalizacja, blisko do jeziora. Duże pokoje.
Hotel jak stary ośrodek wczasowy, pokój co prawda poprawny, ale zdjęcie lobby sugeruje inny design i wyposażenie hotelu, jednak się zawiedliśmy. Basen i szatnia stare, przypomina pływalnię publiczną, niezachęcające. Drogo jak na proponowane warunki.
View from lake balcony room, (not other rooms), restaurant room, water slide/pools complex and hotel grounds is stunning.
Fresh calm decor and very quiet and chilled vibes. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was also varied. Bag, robe slippers for pool visits was well considered. Comfiest pillows and beds, good rooms with storage, space, mirrors, lighting, etc
If you select a balcony lake view, are big eaters and like hotel buffets / extra charges and plan to stay on site throughout your stay to sunbath and sit in the jacuzzi all day this may be worth the extra cost but not if you plan to do trips or activities or want to get lical knowledge and advice. Location is very good within central Bled, and there is a hotel car park but even if you pay for parking remember that a space is not guaranteed when you return and staff shrug when you ask for help and suggest public parking areas you may find a space. Otherwise, rooms are overpriced because of the heat (the aircon is really ineffective even when left continually at max 24/7) and the wi-Fi is unreliable (drops off or can’t join - expect you can upgrade for a premium). Service charge to carry small bottle of tap water to the table at evening buffet. Service charge for ice. Parking charges. Overpriced drinks and snacks.
Suggest booking elsewhere and buy the day pass for pools / Zivi wellness areas.
As English speakers, communication was less good here than at all other locations we stayed at.

on arrival we clarified with the check in staff about the days our family of 10 guests had booked half board and other days bed and breakfast basis.
Overall the stay was ok although food wasn't top notch but acceptable.
The reason for my one star rating is that we got charged for half board for 2 of us on the days that we as a family were booked on a bed and breakfast basis.
The checkout staff were rude when we queried this .We were told we had to raise this with the booking team of Sava hotels.
We agreed that we would pursue this with the relevant team .
The reception staff had the audacity to call me in the room and say that if we did not pay in full before checking out the next morning we would not be allowed to leave the hotel.
We had signed up for their loyalty programme but this has left us angry and frustrated as having contacted and chased up the booking team since 10th July we still have had no response from them .
Bad customer service and rude unfriendly check out personnel on evening of 9th July .
Also must mention fresh figs on the breakfast fruit platter had distinct white fungal patches .Pointed out to the staff.

This is a good option for Lake Bled. It’s a big hotel overlooking the lake with a lovely indoor/outdoor set of pools and a nice spa (there is also gym access at a neighboring hotel owned by the same company). Our room was small-ish but comfortable. The staff all spoke English and were friendly. Overall the hotel isn’t exactly a bargain but it worked well for our family.
