Forse, per il pranzo in spiaggia, sarebbe opportuno inserire anche qualche piatto tipico della Costiera, valorizzando un po’ di più la cucina locale, e non proporre soltanto piatti pensati per accontentare la clientela straniera.
Its a very traditional Italian hotel.
Been five times before but it’s starting to look a little tired now. In need of refreshing.
No flexibility from staff on late check outs and one of the staff / life guard at the sun deck was just rude.

This was our 5th visit to this hotel and whilst we had a great stay once more, such a small thing really irked us. The location is great, a short walk into Minori for local restaurants and bars, a 10 minute journey by taxi to Amalfi and about the same up to Ravello. Most of the staff are super friendly & can’t do enough for you - from the reception staff to the breakfast staff & bar staff - but what let the stay down was the rudeness of the guy who ‘ran’ the bathing/sunbed area! We are not normally ones to give negative feedback. Travelling as a 3 (all adults) the beds are largely laid out in groups of 2 or 4. One morning I dared to move a bed and was made to feel that I’d really upset his day telling me I can’t do that as he has ‘many customers’ who need the beds as 2 or 4 - he didn’t seem to appreciate that we were also customers. A lot of huffing & puffing and he eventually ‘allowed’ me to keep the bed. The next morning the same, and he directed me to a set of 4 beds which made no sense as we were taking up a spare bed for one of ‘his customers’ He showed the same annoyance when I asked for 2 extra towels - no, he has many customers!! In the end I just shrugged it off & tried to ignore the obvious irritation - it wasn’t just us I noticed - but Jonny who also worked the beds ensured we had additional towels and he was super attentive - he made up for the silly man & his attitude. Such a silly thing to moan about but he really did alter the way we felt about this otherwise lovely hotel!!

La palestra praticamente inesistente, non al livello della struttura. Poche opzioni per un pranzo veloce, troppo caro il cibo

Minor gripe was that the apartments, where i was staying, had no daily cleaning or breakfast included.
Ravello Art Hotel Marmorata is a gorgeous, clean, and extremely well-kept hotel with a cozy, quiet, and uncrowded vibe. Its location is unbeatable—built directly into the cliff right above the sea, next to a beautiful waterfall. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s seamlessly built into the scenery, and the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic.
On the downside, I’m not big on nightlife or large, lively evening events, so the late parties and massive group dinners weren't really my style. Because of that, I found it a bit hard to just sit back and enjoy a quiet, authentic local meal in the evenings.
Our stay at Hotel Marmorata was absolutely perfect. This is one of those rare places where everything exceeds expectations.
The level of service is exceptional. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, attentive, professional, and always smiling. From breakfast to dinner service, and even on the private beach, we felt truly welcomed and cared for.
The rooms were impeccably clean every single day. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, with excellent quality throughout our stay. Nothing was ever missing.
The breathtaking sea views made every breakfast and every evening unforgettable. Waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself.
What makes this hotel truly special is not only its beautiful location but also its people. They create an atmosphere that makes you feel at home while enjoying a luxury holiday.
We are leaving with wonderful memories and one certainty—we will be back.

A beautifully located hotel with great facilities . Guilianna , Teresa and everyone in the restaurant bar beach club and carpark were incredibly welcoming ,friendly and helpful
Booked this last minute. Customer service was fantastic, property is spectacular. Only small issue is that the shuttle service into town is very limited and the taxis are insanely expensive. Highly recommend this one!
Posizione comoda, con fermata autobus davanti l’hotel. Posizione a livello del mare con accesso diretto alla zona mare. Località non affollata di turismo, così da potersi godere la tranquillità del luogo
Stanza situata al piano -1 , poco insonorizzata. Al passaggio di persone al piano superiore si poteva udire ogni passo.

We stayed in Charming Apartment which is500m from the main building- spacious and has the lovely views all around. Well equipped and with sufficient sockets all around the unit. The hotel has access to the sea and it’s definitely a plus plus point for us.
The water pressure in the bathroom can get low at times. But this is not an issue big enough to make our stay unpleasant.
