Nice hotel with popular rooftop restaurant
Pros:

The hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with views over Palermo that clearly is a favorite of the locals. Great breakfast selections.

Cons:

The lift is slow and hard to use at times because of non-guests heading to/from the rooftop restaurant. Location a few blocks from the heart of town…just ok.

Pros:

La vue sur Palerme au petit déjeuner et son emplacement.

Cons:

L’hôtel est surmonté d’un roof top qui fait bar et restaurant le soir. Les allers venues en ascenseur sont incessantes et le bruit est permanent. Les équipements des chambres sont vieillots.

Pros:

Le rooftop pour le petit déjeuner et la situation aux portes de la vieille ville.

Cons:

L’accueil minimaliste. Les chambres au 1er étage ( malgré le tarif deluxe), bruyante, la cafetière de la chambre cassée, la salle de bain lugubre, douche petite.
L’accueil de la personne le soir sur le rooftop ainsi que le service : on se fait toiser pour un spritz vendu 12 euros et 3 euros de service par verre ! Pas une bonne expérience client de l’hôtel.

Dear Management,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the breakfast service this morning.
According to the official information you sent me, breakfast is served on the terrace from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. However, your staff called us at 9:30 am stating that you were closing. When we arrived at 10:00 am, there was no food left, and we were only given coffee.
This is completely unacceptable and a direct breach of the terms stated in your own email. We paid for a full breakfast, not just a coffee, and our morning was ruined due to your staff's unprofessionalism.
I request a partial refund for the breakfast we were denied, or a proper compensation for this inconvenience.
I look forward to your prompt response.

Certamente la Terrazza, che è il punto forte dell'Hotel , la colazione buona!

Cons:

La struttura sa di vecchio e di fatiscente , secondo me non merita le 4 stelle! ho speso 333€ per due notti,( stanza singola) per avere una stanza con un arredamento imbarazzante ( se serve ho le foto ) un frigobar con due bottigliette d'acqua, dopo avere bevute, il giorno dopo non è stato rimpinguato, il bagno cieco, con un bidet che staccato dal terreno , pericoloso sedersi! Il televisore non funzionava, e nonostante due mie sollecitazioni è rimasto non funzionante. Sono certo che i proprietari porranno rimedio ! Amo la Sicilia e i siciliani ! Michele Allamprese

The worst hotel I have ever stayed

I didn’t like it!!

Cons:

bathroom smells like mold, doesnt fit an average american in the shower, theres so much dust i genuinely dont believe it’s been cleaned in a while, bed makes so much noise everytime you turn at night that it wakes you up, disaster

Ausgezeichnete Lage um Palermo zu erkunden. Besonders Kalsa.
Zimmer schön mit hohen Decken. Gute Klimaanlage.
Die Dachterrasse ist außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Manche Zimmer gehen in einen sehr kleinen Innenhof, das ist mehr ein Schacht. Sie sind sehr ruhig, aber das muss man wissen…

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for a tour starting the following day, and it was nice not to have to change rooms after we had paid for our one night.

Cons:

It was a little disappointing that the twin room we booked did not have beds the same size, since my friend and I were each paying half. One bed was very large and the other was a single.
