Friendly staff and lively facilities
Very friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Great buffet. Perfect design and extraordinary Interieur all over . Nice music in the lobby area.
Unfortunately there was multiple time some kind of Foul odor from the sewage treatment plant while showering (room 410) and also in the shower on the 7th floor of the wellness center. The lighting in the room is too complicated to operate and does not turn off automatically when you leave the room. High, unnecessary energy costs.
Splendid view overlooking the ocean from the big balcony and even more breathtaking from the roof top pool. Great hotel, great location. Beaches are walking distance. Staff very nice and helpful. Food was pretty good as well. Underground parking practical

We had a lovely room with a sea view. We enjoyed our stay very much. We wanted to be in peace and quiet and loved the pool, especially AFTER the loud Americans left to go back to their rooms. (I'm also American-and I'm sorry.) The room was clean and comfortable, a bit small but we still felt at home. The price was a bit high for only 2 days, but I guess it was still in season pricing. All in all the hotel was beautiful and I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
I didn't love the carpet it in the hallways. I would have loved more than 2 coffee pods in the room, so that my partner and I could have an espresso for each morning we stayed. The pool area was quite small, and I could see how coming during full summer would be a bit of a struggle to find a spot. Although I would love to come back at peak summer.
Location is great! Spa is great. Food at the upper deck restaurant was wonderful. Great views etc
Very noisy on lower floors. Rooms need a clean and touch up, all walls were stained. Table was cracked some of the towels looked like rags. Quite surprising actually when we got there. Few staff members have quite the attitude and slight confusions sharing hotel info.

Beautiful, calm, extremely well-run space that offers everything you can wish for. I ran into a few logistical troubles on my trip that needed to be resolved quickly, and staff at the front desk went above and beyond helping me in sorting things out – thank you! The pool and restaurant are lovely, great views over the bay, very relaxing atmosphere. Very clean, cool and well-designed rooms, nights were quiet and the bed was very comfy.
