We had the best time here. Plenty to do, brilliant location, brilliant hotel and brilliant friendly helpful staff. Analiet was very kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend
Absolutely amazing service and a bunch of fun and caring bartenders and staff
Absolutely amazing staff, I couldn’t fault anything apart from the Aircon not working when we got here but they fixed it straight away food is lovely
Absolutely amazing staff and hotel could not fault it one bit. Very clean and always tidy, staff always say hello and answer all your questions. Food and entertainment Absolutely spot on! They did amazing well done to the cooks and servers. Always clean and tidy rooms toilets immaculate. Only thing I can say was the air con wasn't very good and beds were abit hard but didnt stop the holiday! Would a million percent come back here, well done to every one of this hotels staff members 👏
We have returned for a 10 night stay at this hotel which was appalling from start to finish. Im saying this from a family who is easy going, and just expects what they pay for.
For starters the food was awful. Kids buffet was disgrace it consisted of 3 items chips, pastas and something else. One day it was jalapeño bites. How is that a child friendly item. There was no freshly made omelette or crepes like we normally expect from a 4 star all inclusive. The food was repetitive and they would put fresh food on top on old food. My son got refused broccoli because it was for the specialty plates. I could go on but let's move on.
Next the pool area was run down and not kept well. The pools was dirty and gritty. I never saw it get cleaned every hotel I've been too, I've seen the pool getting cleaned in a morning.
Jet2 categorised this hotel as a family favourite but theres no favourite about it, no baby changing facilities? We booked this hotel for the playground and it wasnt open, no courtesy email to inform us of this matter, it was just tapped off with no message board or any update. No work got done to open this during our stay because they frankly dont care about the upkeep.
We paid for premium all inclusive and there was nothing premium about it. Only included cocktails and bottled beer, wasnt even any apple juice for the kids.
Moving onto the main issue, the room was unclean and unhygienic. The bedding was not changed, the maids came in to make the bed, what's to point. The floors was dirty never mopped or swept. The side never got wiped and cups didnt get moved for 5 days. There was glass on the floor behind the door which I noticed after arrived and it never got cleaned just left which could have caused harm. The decor was sloppy there was paint on the tiles.
Jet2 support was terrible. No support or solution. They said we would get a deep clean every day but didn't. Weve stayed in nicer 3 stars in the past. Definitely not a 4 star. Worst hotel weve stayed in, believe the bad reviews idk why its highly rated on trip advisor.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. The first impression was very positive. We were warmly welcomed at reception by Natalia, who was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Employees like her create an excellent first impression and make guests feel welcome from the very beginning.
I would also like to highlight the food. The meals were delicious, fresh, and varied, with a good selection available every day. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff were polite and friendly.
However, there were a few issues that negatively affected our experience. Shortly after we checked into our room, a staff member responsible for the safes came to show us how to set a password. We immediately explained that we do not use hotel safes and that we did not need this service. His reaction was unexpectedly negative, and he began calling the reception desk and insisting that we use the safe. A receptionist then also tried to persuade us to accept the service despite our refusal. Later, we discovered that this was a paid service that we had never requested and did not need. Fortunately, Natalia resolved the issue quickly the following day, for which we are very grateful.
Another area that requires attention is the condition of the room linens. There were stains on the bed sheets, and some pillowcases had holes in them. For several days, I left them in a clearly visible place for housekeeping, hoping they would be replaced, but nothing was done. The towels were also in very poor condition and clearly worn out from long-term use. They are in urgent need of replacement, as their condition does not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level.
Despite these shortcomings, the hotel left a generally positive impression thanks to its good food, cleanliness, pleasant atmosphere, and the professionalism of most of the staff. Special thanks to Natalia for her excellent customer service and for resolving our issue promptly.
Overall rating: 7/10.
It was a horrible experience, the staff were rude and hostile when an issue was reported. Totally unprofessional behaviour, would never go back.
I've been at many resorts and this is by far the worst I've experienced.
Great location lovely hotel clean. Only downfall is the food options for children. Overall very happy with our holiday at this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel as a large family group ranging in age from 23 to 90 on an all-inclusive package, and we had a fantastic time overall.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were extremely helpful and informative throughout our stay. The pool areas were lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available around both pools. Pool towels were available to rent for €20.
The food was very good, with a wide variety of options available each evening. Two members of our group are vegetarian, and there were plenty of choices for them, including a dedicated vegetarian section in the buffet. The menu could be a little repetitive at times, but this wasn’t a problem for us. We also had a family member with a severe nut allergy, and the hotel handled this brilliantly. The head chef personally provided recommendations and guidance, which was greatly appreciated. There was also a second café/restaurant available for all-inclusive guests, serving items such as croissants, hash browns, pizza, and other snacks throughout the day.
Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The beds were particularly comfortable. The balcony looked out into the smaller pool and we regularly sat on the balcony and watched the sun set which was nice. The hotel itself is large and offers plenty of activities and facilities, meaning you could easily spend your entire holiday on-site if you wished.
The entertainment team worked hard throughout the day, organising activities such as bingo and darts around the pool. Evening entertainment was also available, including children’s shows on the main stage. Our group preferred relaxing in the reception area, where live singers and musicians performed most evenings, which created a lovely atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, but the hotel went above and beyond to adapt activities and facilities to ensure guests still had plenty to enjoy. This effort was highly noticeable and very much appreciated by our group.
The beach is only around a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby if you want to explore outside the hotel. We stayed in the block next to the smaller pool and found it very quiet, with no issues regarding noise at night despite some previous reviews mentioning this.
During our stay, the local carnival was taking place, which was fantastic. The hotel arranged for carnival dancers and bands to perform on-site, which was a real highlight. However, it is worth noting that roads around the hotel were closed on carnival day, and many guests appeared unaware of this, causing difficulties for some people trying to leave for flights and transfers.
If I were to suggest a few areas for improvement, the pool bar was closed during the first few days of our stay. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but I did overhear several guests expressing disappointment as it had been advertised as open daily.
Another point worth mentioning is the large number of cats around the hotel. We probably saw around 20 different cats during our stay, including inside some of the hotel facilities. One member of our group is allergic to cats, so this wasn’t ideal. We saw cats entering the smaller restaurant, sitting on tables and chairs, and eating leftover food from tables. They were also frequently around the pool areas. This is something future guests may wish to be aware of, as we hadn’t seen it mentioned in previous reviews.
We had four rooms booked, and one of our elderly family members was initially allocated a room on the opposite side of the resort. This meant approximately a 15-minute walk to the restaurant and main facilities. Thankfully, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and quickly arranged a room closer to the rest of our group, which was greatly appreciated. As the hotel is very large, guests with mobility issues may wish to request accommodation close to the main facilities when booking, as it may be more difficult to relocate during peak season.
I would also highly recommend renting a car, as we did. It made exploring the island and surrounding areas much easier and added a lot to our holiday experience.
It is also worth mentioning that this hotel isn’t completely perfect, and some areas are beginning to look a little dated. While everything was clean, well-maintained, and fully functional, certain parts of the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment or modernisation. This certainly didn’t affect our enjoyment of the holiday, but guests expecting a more modern or luxury feel may notice that some areas are showing their age and quality.
Overall, the food, staff, facilities, and entertainment were excellent, and the hotel made our stay extremely enjoyable. We would definitely return and would happily recommend it to others.
