Great holiday
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, food / drink was good and the staff were great, so friendly. The only thing was out of 7 nights entertainment there was only 1-2 good nights, but this view is from an adult, without children, if you have children, they get catered for and they all enjoy it . Would stay here again 👌

Very poor food selection
Pros:

Food has gone downhill. Selection of soups seems to be vegetarian only. I have been here two weeks and had chicken soup once.
Today the chef special was cold hotdogs. With a mustard and red ketchup with cold onion sprinkles. But the hot dog was stone cold.
I have been here many times but this is probably my last. The entertainment team do not engage with the public like they used too. And serving cold food with a very limited meat selection of soups has been very disappointing.

Un bel hôtel
Pros:

La situation géographique dans la ville, les deux piscines distinctes et le personnel de chambre extrêmement attentionnés.

Cons:

Parfois un peu de bruit si vous êtes en rez-de-chaussée proche de la piscine. L'hôtel devrait proposer un espace exclusivement adultes comme c’est le cas actuellement pour les enfants.
La proposition snack en libre service manque un peu de qualité et de renouvellement au cours de la journée. Les burgers, hot dogs et autres friteries sont souvent très sèches.
Il est dommage de ne avoir été proactive dans mon souhait de changement de chambre alors que l'hôtel n'était absolument pas complet. Demande que je n’ai pas poursuivis vu l'enthousiasme de la réception.

Viejo y ruidoso, solo vale la pena si el precio es barato

Muy ruidoso, el personal del check in no le importo preguntarme nada si quería habitación mas tranquila o mas ruidosa, me han puesto frente a la piscina donde hacían animación con un volumen muy alto, luego me han ofrecido cambiar pero ya tenia mi maleta deshecha, ademas la chica del check in no me explico que había un gimnasio y un supermercado, tuve que preguntar yo. Tampoco qué había un solarium mas cerca de mi habitación y con jacuzzi.

Había ropa de alguien en la parte superior del armario, un antiguo huésped. Lo que indica que no se ha limpiado a fondo.

La puerta del balón no se cierra bien.

El gimnasio es terrible, la mayoría no funciona y los pesos no tienen marcada la cantidad.

Buenaventura consistently a great place to stay
Pros:

I've stayed here 3 times previously and each time I've been really impressed with Buenaventura. The room was exceptional, high up as requested (it was actually high up I'd requested rather than quiet, although by default being a little further away from the stage, it was super peaceful in comparison to my friends whose room had full view of the stage :D) and west facing so not too bright in the morning. It was cleaned when required but you weren't disturbed if you put the don't disturb sign on the door.

Breakfast offered a huge variety, as did all meals (as I'd upgraded to all inclusive as I arrived) and even when it isn't meal time, there's always food available from the snack bar. The drinks were great, especially the 'blue vodka'.

The pool areas are great, could generally get a sun lounger and the stage side pool had particularly good atmosphere.

The staff could not be more helpful and friendly, always greeting you with Ola as you walk by and always there if you need anything.

Its such a huge place and must take a lot of coordination to keep it running smoothly, but they do run it smoothly and its consistency over the 10 year period I've stayed there is commendable. It is the first place I will look on my next visit to Gran Canaria.

Cons:

The water briefly went off twice during my stay, it wasn't a problem as it was so brief but was a bit surprising first time!

Tolles Hotel mit bestem Preis-Leitungs Verhältniss

Tolle Anlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Gutes, abwechslungreiches Essen, grosses Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Sehr gutes WLAN auf dem ganzen Areal.
