Gostei do ambiente, da comida,da limpeza e dos funcionários muito atenciosos 🫡

Cons:

Não gostei da recepção da forma em geral nos hotéis espanhóis, que poderiam melhorar na informação dos clientes. Porque aqui em Açores ou Portugal, nas recepções têm pessoal a trabalhar sempre com informações de línguas e aí nos hotéis só informações em espanhol. Deveriam melhorar nesse aspeto. Um bem aja🫡

Lo mejor es que el personal es muy atento

La comuna de gatos, no viene anunciado en ninguna parte, hay al menos 10 gatos deambulando por las hamacas del hotel, colandose incluso en el buffet. Mi marido es alergico y mis hijas les tienen pánico… ha sido muy ingrato porque de haberlo sabido hubiera cogido otro hotel

The location was perfect, I did pay for a pool view and the view was beautiful. Our rooms were cleaned and tidied to a high standard daily. The staff who cleaned our rooms were so polite and greeted us whenever we walked past.
The hotel is based in the perfect location with a short walk to the Beach and shops, there is also shops, a gym and a salon on site which is brilliant!

The noise level was perfect. Music around one of the pools during the day, music and entertainment on the evening for adults and children.

The service we have received has been brilliant from start to finish. This is our second time stopping in Abora Buenaventura and we were welcomed back like it was home, the lady at the desk was brilliant. This shows to us the staff value returning customers.
When we have had any questions the staff at the reception were polite and welcoming. Their English has been great and they’ve been more than happy to help.
When going to the restaurant, we were greeted by Eva who was really polite and friendly. Such a lovely lady with a welcoming presence.
The staff in the restaurant are quick and efficient at clearing tables off, they are polite and walk around with really beautiful smiles, often talking to us about the England matches.

Thank you Abora Buenaventura! Everyone’s hard work does not go unnoticed.
It’s been a pleasure.

Ok hotel however some cleanliness issues.
Pros:

Hotel was ok, clean enough however our bedding was never changed just made. There was a cockroach in the hotel lobby on our leaving date. Food was varied however didn't change much so by the end of our week it was extremely repetitive. The soda machine was always closed off at evening meal so we had to queue up at the small bar in the restaurant every night just to get a Pepsi which was frustrating. My 2 year old caught a virus from the pool which ended up in us going to the hospital to get medication. We found the children's pool to be very small and far away from the actual hotel. Overall the hotel was nice just a very bad layout. Our room meant we needed 2 different lifts to take us from our room to the restaurant which having 2 young kids was a bit of a pain. The location was good and there were a lot of taxis about. It was nice to have the market just down the road on a Wednesday and Saturday. Entertainment team were good and staff were friendly. Overall an ok stay but won't be returning.

Für unseren Familienurlaub mit Baby war es wirklich toll. Die Anlage hatte alles was wir brauchten... von Babybettchen, bis Brei im Restaurant hin zu dem tollen Wasserkinderbereich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr gelungenen Urlaub.

Las instalaciones de la piscina y hamacas.

La calidad de la comida malisima, las camas no eran confortables, estaban dobladas, había mucha gente tipo gentuza de otros países e incíbicos. Vino la policía al hotel en un par de ocasiones. Vamos, para no repetir.

Las instalaciones la amabilidad de los empleados muy atentos siempre

La comida no tiene nada de variedad lo poco que hay está buena pero no tiene variedad……y la hora de cierre de la piscina a las 18:00 me parece muy exagerado ya que vamos de vacaciones es para disfrutar de la piscina
