Местоположение неплохое ,хорошая большая бухта с чистой водой в море ,спуск по лестнице ,один из них терпимый ,второй конечно опасный ,крутой ,людей на нем фактически не было ,так как это небезопасно.
Неплохие ужины в ресторанах (их 5) ,которые включены и они сильно скрашивают пребывание ,так как есть возможность хоть немного отвлечься от балагана ,который в отеле просто процветает
Не понравилось количество людей ,детей ,обстановка возле бассейна сумасшедшая,негде пройти ,скользко очень ,дым от приготовления еды весь летит на шезлонги ,на которых в итоге невозможно находиться ,можно отравиться этим .
Не понравились коктейли в пластиковых стаканах ,они отвратительные ,пить это невозможно и коктейлем эту смесь назвать сложно .
Планировка в отеле сложная ,для передвижения людей (особенно с ограниченными возможностями )крайне опасно .
В отеле есть подземный туннель к морю ,но он тоже неудобный и неэстетичный .Половина пути проходит по подземной парковке для авто ,на которой затхлый и отвратительный запах от выходящих туда ароматов от кондиционеров и ресторанов .

A nossa estadia correu muito bem. O hotel fica muito bem localizado na Baía de São Paulo que permite conhecer o espaço envolvente, o comércio e as praias à volta. O hotel tem uma piscina maior no piso de baixo que, por norma, tem mais pessoas e com equipa de animação. A água da piscina é muito boa. No rooftop tem ainda uma piscina infinita com um espaço mais sossegado. Conseguimos aproveitar também o ginásio 24 horas e a piscina interior com jacuzzi. É ideal pra casais e famílias. Aproveitamos também os diferentes restaurantes do hotel que podem marcar antecipadamente (restaurante brasileiro e mexicano, indiano e marroquino, italiano e asiático). Se não conseguirem marcar logo, sugerimos que tentem no dia seguinte fazer a marcação (funcionou assim connosco). Ainda tivemos oportunidade de experimentar o café marroquino que tem chás e bebidas também boas. O quarto em si é muito espaçoso com uma varanda para estar e também para colocar roupa a secar (muito útil). Como estávamos em época do mundial, o hotel disponibilizou uma televisão grande num dos espaços comuns. Todas as noites há programação e diversão. Todos os dias limpavam e arrumavam o quarto e procuravam saber se estava tudo bem com a nossa estadia. No dia do check-out ainda conseguimos almoçar e tirar proveito do hotel com a nossa bagagem na sala de bagagens.
A água da banheira podia ter uma maior pressão. No rooftop entra muito vento, o que torna um bocado desconfortável a ida à piscina.

En este país parece que España no exista. No hay nada en español, ni cartas en los restaurantes, etc. Tienes que hablar inglés si ó si. Tendrían que aprender de nosotros cuando ellos vienen a España.

The original room meeting what was booked.
The inconvenience of having to wait 1 day for resolution. The TVs are not consistent in the rooms some are smart and some are not. You have to pay deposits for drinks glasses and towels when it is supposed to be all inclusive. In the restaurants you can't have drinks with spirits unless you pay but in other parts of the hotel you can but don't understand why there are so many different rules and no consistency.
