Pros:

Upon arrival, we received a room upgrade. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
We booked an all-inclusive stay, and the selection is varied, with something for everyone. Although the hotel has not been recently renovated, the staff’s hospitality and dedication leave a wonderful impression. Overall, it offers very good value for money.
We would especially like to praise the grill chefs. When we arrived for dinner, the meat options available at that moment were breaded meat and liver. As we prefer a protein-rich diet, we asked whether there were any other meat options. Without hesitation, one of the chefs prepared some grilled meat for us. Such attentive service deserves recognition.
We both come from the hospitality industry, so we particularly appreciate this level of care and attention to guests.
The wellness reception staff and the fitness staff were also exceptionally friendly. As a former wellness manager, I was particularly impressed to find authentic Ayurvedic massage on offer. The therapist, Prassad, is highly skilled and professional.
Finally, the Moroccan Café serves an excellent macchiato!
What we will remember most is the staff’s kindness and their willingness to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Truly relaxing and fun, show every evening. Very clean. Our third time there. Will definitely return
Pros:

The food all really good and a wide choice of items. The cleanliness impecable everywhere and afternoon staff would check our room again to see whether we needed anything else. Staff all lovely and polite. Great atmosphere, fun near the pool and entertainment created a great atmosphere without being loud and annoying. Loved the aquagym and evening shows. We really felt pampered.

Cons:

The quality of the soft drinks and water could have been better.

Cons:

Не було води в номері ніколи; на поверсі можна було набрати води але її неможливо було пити, вона жахлива за смаком. Не сподобався запах в основній залі прийому їжі але думаю його неможливо прибрати через старе приміщення. Не сподобалося що записували нас один раз в бразильський ресторан і 2 рази в азійський ресторан по приходу наш запис жодного разу не знайшли . У номері на 3-х людей де велика кровать немає зеркала в пол а також у ванній немає розетки тому зробити зачіску ідеально не можливо. (А це дуже важливо оскільки люди приїхали відпочивати)

Non avendo accesso diretto alla spiaggia, credo che le piscine dovrebbero essere il fiore all’occhiello della struttura.
Pros:

La pulizia impeccabile. Staff eccellente, disponibile, cordiale. Cibo squisito.

Cons:

Le piscine sono troppo piccole per la mole di persone che vi affluiscono. Spazio vitale inesistente. Limitante la chiusura delle piscine alle 18. La tendina di plastica nella doccia in camera da rivedere.

Pros:

Местоположение неплохое ,хорошая большая бухта с чистой водой в море ,спуск по лестнице ,один из них терпимый ,второй конечно опасный ,крутой ,людей на нем фактически не было ,так как это небезопасно.
Неплохие ужины в ресторанах (их 5) ,которые включены и они сильно скрашивают пребывание ,так как есть возможность хоть немного отвлечься от балагана ,который в отеле просто процветает

Cons:

Не понравилось количество людей ,детей ,обстановка возле бассейна сумасшедшая,негде пройти ,скользко очень ,дым от приготовления еды весь летит на шезлонги ,на которых в итоге невозможно находиться ,можно отравиться этим .
Не понравились коктейли в пластиковых стаканах ,они отвратительные ,пить это невозможно и коктейлем эту смесь назвать сложно .
Планировка в отеле сложная ,для передвижения людей (особенно с ограниченными возможностями )крайне опасно .
В отеле есть подземный туннель к морю ,но он тоже неудобный и неэстетичный .Половина пути проходит по подземной парковке для авто ,на которой затхлый и отвратительный запах от выходящих туда ароматов от кондиционеров и ресторанов .
