Excelente hotel, paisagem linda e ambiente muito relaxante!
Pros:

Staff muito atencioso, comida ótima e com muita variedade, principalmente ao pequeno almoço, excelente espaço exterior (esplanadas, piscinas, jardim) e localização super central!

Cons:

Não garantem o estacionamento, o que na Ericeira é de facto uma desvantagem! Na primeira noite tivemos melgas no quarto, mas o problema foi solucionado com um inseticida disponibilizado pro staff da receção quando comunicamos o problema! Resposta imediata!

Filthy disgusting motel. Horrible staff and manager.Mold in room dead rats ants in bed.

The most horrible hotel experience. The manager was Marco. Completely didn’t care we had ants in our bed, room was filthy. We booked 6 months in advance. Room smelled like mold mildew. No room to hang clothes. Staff was rude. Room was ground floor so restaurant was above us . Every morning we awoke to chairs scratching across the ceiling loud above us. Dead rat on doorstep of hotel. Staff didn’t care. Manager didn’t care. Do not stay at this motel. We left two days early and they would not refund money. Disgusting experience. My husband got food poisoning and sick. The entire village told us it’s the worst place to stay. We only stay at four seasons normally but gave them a chance. Never again!

Cons:

Filth, ants in our bed on our pillows. Dead rat on step of entrance. Staff didn’t care. Manager Marco Ferreira didn’t care.

Pequeno almoço muito variado. Boas opções.
Piscinas exteriores.

Cons:

Piscina interior má. Acesso difícil para entrar e sair da piscina. Apenas com 50 a 60 cm de altura da água.
Na minha opinião não é uma piscina interior, mas um tanque.

Pros:

We really liked the location — I thought the beach would be quite far from the hotel, but there was a really great beach just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel was very nicely furnished, the pools were great, the staff were welcoming and lovely. We liked everything! A really great spot in Ericeira to stay for a week or so if you prefer hotels to surf villas, as we do. 😊

Lage absolut super. Direkt am Meer, toller Ausblick. Fußläufig nur wenige Minuten in den sehr netten Ort Ericeira. Das Frühstück war ok, nicht überragend, aber absolut ok. Betten und Kissen top. Zimmer, Bad und Dusche sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Pools gut, die gesamte Hotelanlage gepflegt und gut arrangiert. Ansonsten haben wir dort nicht gegessen, es gibt viele Alternativen in Ericeira, die für jeden etwas zu bieten haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
