Cudowne miejsce!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Enotel Santo da Serra! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The breakfasts were truly exceptional, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The dinner buffet was equally impressive, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste.

The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The reception team, in particular, was outstanding and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Parking was easy and convenient, which was a great advantage for us as we had a rental car. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely welcome gift waiting for us in our room upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially the fantastic park, which is perfect for a relaxing walk. The swimming pool could be a little bigger, but it is well designed and more than adequate for a peaceful swim.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend Enotel Santo da Serra to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Madeira!

Tout ! La disponibilité, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel: à l'accueil, au bar, ainsi que le personnel de ménage. Très bel endroit, très propre et accueillant.

Il faudrait changer les oreillers. Ils sont plats et mous.

L’établissement est situé dans les hauteurs, dans un endroit très paisible et calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. Le personnel est chaleureux et attentif aux besoins des clients. Les buffets de petit déjeuner et de dîner sont très complets et variés, les plats et accompagnements changent chaque jour.
Les chambres sont propres et pratique, la literie est confortable.

Very nice
Pros:

It's very relaxing to stay in this hotel. It's based in the middle of nature. You can only hear the birds (some of them quite loud but I didn't mind 😉). Nice spa! Free parking.

Hotel lindo.
Pros:

Es un hotel ubicado en un lugar precioso y tiene una de las mejores cocinas que haya visto en mucho tiempo. Buena cena, desayuno casi perfecto.

Cons:

Todo lo cobran. El desayuno para llevar tipo picnic cuesta 16 euros! Cuando en cualquier otro hotel lo empacan gratis.
