Pros:

We arrived and immediately cancelled our booking. The hotel is on a very busy area on a corner surrounded by noisey construction. The rooms stunk of smoke and was not as pictured. Very basic setup. Only good thing was hotel was happy to organise a refund.

非常喜歡住在這傢淮海中路的康鉑酒店。
Pros:

我們在此酒店住過好多次，住這裏很方便，市中心，周圍很多店，很多餐廳，交通極其方便，走幾步就到地鐵，去機場，高鐵都非常方便，地鐵直接到。酒店的工作人員非常友善，我們住2天之後需要去其他地方，把行李留在該酒店，後續在外面買的貨發快遞到該酒店也按時收到，再回去續住感覺好像回家了。

早餐的牛角包可以做的再好一點。

Great location. Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Very central. The hotel was clean modern uncomfortable with well equipped rooms and helpful staff convenient location made it easy to explore Shanghai and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Happily stay here again.

Отличное расположение рядом с несколькими линиями метро и магазинами. До центральных достопримечательностей- 10 мин на метро. Удобный матрас.

Cons:

«Уставший» номер. Не очень хорошо было убрано, дверь в санузле была грязной и в непонятных разводах, дивану требуется химчистка. Окна заклеены матовой пленкой, не видно, что на улице - некомфортно. Во дворике перед отелем иногда сильно пахло канализацией. Check out в 14.00, но придя за вещами в 13.45 мы обнаружили, что наши ключ-карты заблокированы, девушка на ресепшн была не очень довольна, что мы так поздно выселялись, хотя сама же и подтвердила ранее выезд до 14.00. Сотрудники на ресепшн плохо говорят на английском, объясниться можно только через онлайн-переводчик.

Pros:

Goeie locatie, ontbijt was lekker en afwisselend, vriendelijk personeel, goeie bedden en propere kamers.

Cons:

Ik had verwacht dat het personeel aan de receptie Engels zou spreken, dat viel wat tegen. Maar met Google translate is alles gelukt. Ze waren heel behulpzaam, maar niet echt op de hoogte van wat er in de buurt te doen is (wij hadden bv geïnformeerd naar avondactiviteiten).
