The room was fine. One bed was fine the other was the most uncomfortable bed ever -so only one slept

The location was nice and the facility itself was well kept.

Cons:

The beds and the breakfast. Only one bed was comfortable and the other was bad. The ac unit was loud. Breakfast was jam packed and the offerings were less quality and diverse than Holiday Inn Express.

Great placw to stay, near Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival.
Pros:

The property was surrounded by gas stations, markets, and other nearby businesses like restaurants and my favorite Starbucks!

Cons:

Everything was great. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Pros:

Great hotel. Nice decor, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Location was perfect to get to Laguna Beach attractions. Included breakfast was ample and staff very friendly.

Great stay would definitely recommend
Pros:

Great location for what we needed, beds comfortable and rooms spacious.
Included breakfast was great for my family of 4 especially for the kids under 3.
We didn’t use the pool but looked like all ages having lots of fun

Pros:

The room was comfortable and the fact it had a mini fridge and a microwave was a plus.

Cons:

I called earlier the week and they said the room should be available for early check in depending on availability. On my arrival this lady (staff) made me pay a fee for the early check in, literally less than 3 hours before the actual check in time. Honestly, if the room is available you shouldn't be charging me, front desk is usually really helpful and I'm always treated fairly, but not this time.
