Always feels comfortable, clean and happy to be there.
Pros:

I love the free breakfast and happy hour. Easy to park. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms have a lot of space. Great location to get to the beach. Have stayed 5+ times now!

Yogurt choice is way too sugary too.
Some breakfast items are outdated and okay quality.
Stay was not very modifiable. Couldn’t do a late check out.

This is my favorite hotel and I love staying here. I recommend it to everyone!
Pros:

This is one of the nicest and best kept hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. Reynaldo at the front desk is phenomenal. Very professional and kind!

Wir kommen zum 6. mal ins Ayres Hotel, weil ganz einfach alles stimmt. Saubere Zimmer, großzügige Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal! Sehr gute Lage, ruhig. Immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Betrifft nicht die Unterkunft sondern einen Gast. Am Freitag 28.9. war ein Gast ab Nachmittag beim Pool. Ca 30 Jahre, Vollbart. Er rauchte die ganze Zeit beim Pool, trank Bier. Er rauchte auch marihuana. Gegen 18 Uhr kam er wieder. Er brachte eine 6er Packung Bier mit, ein schwarze Tasche. In der Tasche war eine Flasche Whisky. Er trank den Whisky aus der flasche und rauchte weiter. Er kam mir seltsam vor und ich hatte Angst ihn anzusprechen. Beim Pool waren auch Kinder. Aufgabe des Hotels ist es diesen Gast auf sein Fehlverhalten anzusprechen. Personal sah ich nirgends.
