Very comfortable, convenient, and good value for us. We will be staying again in future visits to the area.
Pros:

Property location was very convenient for us. Loved the European boutique style of the hotel over the usual cookie cutter modern style. Breakfasts are good; hotel is exceptionally clean; and it is also very quiet.

Pros:

The room is kept everyday. The extra warm blankets we requested was brought in our room. Most of the staff are attentive. The place is cleam and they have plenty of parking

Cons:

One of the front desk, Winnie, she is dismissive when I have an issue with my booking because the site I made the booking made a mistake and I was charged different, not the online price I originally have. I didn't bother to come back to speak to the manager as she suggested. We are there for an event and busy. I am expecting them to call me back to clarify instead of me chasing it.

Great Stay
Pros:

Great place at this price point. Saw some negative reviews, if you want a better experience you’re welcome to pay for it. This place was priced cheaper than a Hampton Inn and is much nicer.
