Pros:

El desayuno y el personal del salon de "Las Vasijas", excelente. Muy buena predisposición y muy serviciales. Desayuno super completo. Recomendable

Cons:

Las instalaciones son antiguas, pero bien mantenidas. Cuando fuimos a la pileta climatizada, había mucha gente y no teniamos donde apoyar las cosas, cuando le consultamos al guardavidas nos dijo "es lo que hay", sin preocuparse mucho (yo estoy embarazada de 7 meses con una panza importante). Le consultamos a unas chicas, y pudimos dejar las toallas en un lugar seco. Pero el personal de la pileta no le interesó en absoluto colaborar, tendrian que ser mas considerados.

MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN UN “5” estrellas
Pros:

No reserven. Parece un hotel del costado de la ruta del terror.
Sucio, roto, con hongos.
Tuve que ir a pedir un jaboncito al mostrador, atención instalaciones limpieza, TODO UN DESASTRE. Precio calidad, pongan 20 dólares más y se van a un hotel como la gente. No llega ni a 4 estrellas. La “pileta interior” es una pileta de natatorio lleno de hongos. Los baños cadena rota, tele rota. De verdad no saqué fotos, porque los prendía fuego. Háganme caso y no vayan.

Cons:

Hongos, paredes sucias, respaldo sucio, no te dan ni una bata ni una cofia de baño. El “spa” q no es más que una pileta de natatorio llena de mugre, un asco.

Alguna vez fue un hotel de excelencia
Pros:

la piscina fue lo mejor pues a diferencia de muchos hoteles en los que he estado, la temperatura del agua era adecuada, esto es, era climatizada y no solamente "un poco tibia".

Cons:

Las habitaciones son antiguas y requieren modernizarse, por ejemplo, cambiar las alfombras que estaban sucias y los sillones. No funcionaba el restaurante, solo el bar que tenía una oferta muy limitada. También el bar requiere renovación y limpieza en sus sillones.

Pros:

It's a nice, large hotel with a spa, pool, and a nice garden. The room was super large too.

Cons:

The shower was very rusty, and the room was old. I am not sure if there are more modern ones available. Breakfast was average.

Great room, comfy bed, tasty breakfast, attentive staff
Pros:

The breakfast, and breakfast staff were brilliant; a wide array of fruits and bread, and very kind, attentive personnel working. The room was very nice, comfy bed, good location, friendly staff. Overall a great hotel experience.

Cons:

Not a ton of GF options, but staff alerted me to Pilar Sin Gluten 1 minute walk away and that place was amazing too.
