Die Erwartungen wurden enttäuscht
Pros:

Tatsächlich nur wenig, da die Erwartungshaltung auch auf Grund des Preises deutlich höher war und der Standard gegenüber anderen Hotels der Kategorie deutlich zurücklag. Der Umbau einer psychiatrischen Anstalt in ein Hotel mit gehobenem Anspruch ist nicht wirklich gelungen. Für Urlaub wenig geeignet, eher für Geschäftsreisen

Zimmer mit winzigem Fenster. Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Desolate Lüftung im Bad. Frühstücksraum und Frühstück wenig ansprechend. Ebenso die Bar. Fokus nur auf Funktion nicht auf Gestaltung. Deutlich zu wenig Personal. Für Wohlfühlaufenthalt nicht geeignet

Building was beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful.
Pool facilities good.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't have items that we expected, potato bread, soda bread and fried eggs. Otherwise was very good.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good, room was good. For a baby and a toddler we found that the room was a good distance to the receiption and it difficult to bring bags to the room.

The family room was miles away from the front door.

The hotel was fine but in future I would not book a hotel that does not have an EV charger.
Pros:

Pros:

Mit viel Gepäck waren wir im hintersten Winkel des Hotels untergebracht. Das Bad hatte keine Lüftung und zeigte Schimmelspuren. Das Duschgel war leer und nicht nachgefüllt worden.
