the location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. If you like getting around on foot, public transport close its top notch!

Cons:

Our room was smelly from cooking smells, and a bit grotty.

Ok. Could do with an upgrade.
Pros:

The parking was secure and located in the same area as the accommodation. The lady at reception was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Our room had all the facilities we needed. Location was ok.

Cons:

The bathroom could do with updating, the shower was small, cramped and outdated. There was no tv in the bedroom, and the tv in the loungeroom did not work. We had to ask at reception for it to be fixed. It was fixed promptly. My husband and I were staying with a friend who slept on the sofa bed in the loungeroom. The configuration of the room meant that the bathroom was only accessible by walking into the bedroom. This meant that we had to keep the door open, which wasn't all that comfortable (my husband is a loud snorer). There was also an unexplained noise that occurred every few seconds. It may have been from the air conditioner, or from the room upstairs. We couldn't tell. It was triggering for my misophonia.

It's a long walk to the train station, and it's inconvenient to go out when it rains. Also, at night I keep hearing cars passing by, which is very noisy.

Great value for money (at least for Sydney standards)
Pros:

Great value for money, location was great, bed was very comfortable and it was nice staying in an apartment-style accommodation rather than a hotel room. The hotel is right in the middle between Central and Redfern station which adds versatility when moving around the city. Would be very good for long-term stays and would probably stay again.

Cons:

Like most reviews mention, it is a little outdated. The shower could have been cleaner but I've showered in worse bathrooms for double the cost in other Sydney accommodations. It didn't bother me much but some of the plates and cutlery supplied in the rooms were also not very clean either. But for the price point, these factors are miniscule.

An excellent Hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We chose the Nesuto Chippendale given its location was in close proximity for a function we were attending, however we would likely stay there again even if we were simply visiting Sydney. Its around a 15 minute walk to Central Railway Station, including the Light Rail providing us easy access across most of Sydney CBD and surrounds.
There are plenty of excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby, all walking distance. The room was very comfortable, clean & well equiped for our stay. Parking is available and made all the difference to our visit given we travelled from the Mid North Coast.

séjour très agréable
Pros:

simple et pratique. gare ferroviaire proche. petits restaurants et snack à proximité
c est notre deuxième séjour et le personnel toujours aussi serviable.

Cons:

divers petits travaux sur l'équipement qui devient un peu vieux (baie vitrée peu sécurisée, tiroir branlant, frigo bancal etc...)
mais cela nous a pas empêché d'apprécier notre séjour sur l'ensemble.
