Unforgettable honeymoon
Pros:

Everything was so well maintained, the staff were so friendly and attentive, (particularly Mattia with the piña coladas!), it was a perfect little tranquil haven for our honeymoon - so calm and peaceful.

Exceeded all my expectations
Pros:

This property was close to Florence but not directly in the city (just a hotel shuttle away).It is a little oasis. The grounds were beautiful, the buildings, everything exceeded my expectations

Pros:

We loved everything about this place! Beautiful property, attentive and friendly staff, amazing food, I could go on and on! The bedrooms and the pool were also pristine, and definitely our favorite part of our Italy trip!

Pros:

Très bel établissement, personnel qualifié et sympathique.
Le service de navette pour se rendre à Florence, un plus.
Les jardins sont magnifiques, la piscine chauffée déjà fonctionnelle à cette période.
La décoration est soignée dans les détails.

The hotel to compare all hotels against
Pros:

I've stayed in many luxury hotels, but this one was miles ahead of them all.
Our room was very large and had a beautiful view. It was also immaculately clean throughout our entire stay.
The pool area was clean with stunning views, they brought us water by the pool each day.
Breakfast was delicious, there was a large buffet and eggs cooked to order. It was also in a beautiful location on the balcony overlooking the river.
We ate lunch at the hotel every day and it was also delicious, cocktails at the bar were enjoyable too. They had live music one evening but sadly we missed it.
They have a small bus which takes you to/from Florence center throughout the day which was very helpful.
Staff throughout the hotel were attentive and friendly.
Despite a little rain, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can't wait to visit again!

Cons:

Just a couple tiny points:
I asked for a dinner recommendation in Florence but was given a book with about 30+ choices. A smaller list or personal recommendation would have been helpful.
It would be nice for the hot foods at breakfast (sausage, bacon and potatoes) to also be cooked to order or kept warmer.

Pros:

Прекрасное место для отдыха, не забываемо.
Очень удобно, бесплатный трансфер во Флоренцию всего 15 минут, где суета очень много туристов при этом очень красиво, вечером возвращаемся на виллу и получаем удовольствие от тишины и красоты. Прекрасный ресторан и очень вкусная еда.
