• Uitmuntende service. Bijvoorbeeld de gratis shuttle taxi service van en naar Florence. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de producten die zij konden leveren omdat die van ons op waren (bijv. Tandpasta en zonnebrand crème)
• De faciliteiten zijn uitmuntend. Van de gym tot aan de SPA en de restaurants, echt top! Het eten is fenomenaal en heel schappelijk geprijsd
• Er is werkelijk niks aan te merken op dit hotel, maar als ik iets zou kunnen noemen misten wij wel een balkonnetje / buiten bij de kamer.
Our stay at Villa La Massa was truly unforgettable and exceeded all of our expectations.
Even before our arrival, we were welcomed with exceptional care. Anastasia, who is in charge of events, and the wonderful Tamara, the hotel manager, supported us throughout every step of our wedding preparations with incredible dedication and kindness, taking care of every detail to ensure everything was exactly as we had dreamed.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
The suites are beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality products. We also had the pleasure of enjoying two dinners at the hotel, both of which were impeccable. We would especially like to recognize Chef Stefano, who created an unforgettable wedding cake.
Another highlight is the hotel’s shuttle service to the center of Florence, which is extremely convenient and works perfectly.
Without a doubt, Villa La Massa was the perfect place to celebrate such an important moment for me and my family.
We would especially like to thank Tamara for all her care and dedication throughout our wedding preparations and during our entire stay.
We truly hope to return soon.

Everything was so well maintained, the staff were so friendly and attentive, (particularly Mattia with the piña coladas!), it was a perfect little tranquil haven for our honeymoon - so calm and peaceful.

This property was close to Florence but not directly in the city (just a hotel shuttle away).It is a little oasis. The grounds were beautiful, the buildings, everything exceeded my expectations

We loved everything about this place! Beautiful property, attentive and friendly staff, amazing food, I could go on and on! The bedrooms and the pool were also pristine, and definitely our favorite part of our Italy trip!
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!
For a 5 star hotel, it should provide enough water as well as coffee machine in the room.
