Faro is a lovely location for a short stay.
Pros:

Breakfast room and bar area, great views.

Cons:

We were a party of 4 and were looking forward to using the rooftop pool, particularly given the very warm weather. We had a child with us who loves swimming. We were only advised the morning of our first day that the pool was closed for 2 weeks, No alternative was offered, we booked the hotel on the understanding that this pool was available.
At reception we were not told about the beach option either. We were disappointed about these matters.

Lo contraté con mucha antelación sobretodo porque tenía piscina y cuando llegué estaba en obras, no lo esperaba y tampoco se me informó de ello. El precio en ese fin de semana fue muy alto.

Really amazing location, get a room with the marina view, it's worth it. Also you have room service every day which is pretty amazing.

Cons:

The rooms were not up to the costs, my hairdryer wasn't working and the ac made a lot of noise and smelled weird at time....
