Etwas zu teuer
Pros:

Das Frühstück war exzellent und mit ganz wunderbarer Aussicht.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind nicht schallisoliert, der KFZ Verkehr in der Seitenstraße sehr laut. Das Bad wurde leider nur oberflächig saniert.

The staff made us feel we were an inconvenience. We had paid an excessive amount for an old suite.
Pros:

The view from our room and the balcony in the marina suite

Cons:

Reception staff were offhand and non attentive. More interested in communicating with each other than the customers on arrival . On occasion even sullen.
The room cleaning staff were badly trained, although willing , but incompetent.

Emplacement idéal, proche du vieux FARO, du port de plaisance et des bus. Hôtel très confortable, personnel très agréable. chambre avec balcon très bien coté port. déjeuner pantagruélique très bon et très varié.

Cons:

Chambre très bien mais pas très grande coté port semble plus grande coté rue.

Wonderful hotel and staff + perfect location!
Pros:

I spent my birthday at this hotel, and the staff made it truly unforgettable. They kindly upgraded me to a suite, and upon arrival, I was welcomed with a delicious slice of cake, sparkling wine, and a handwritten birthday card. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture!

Cons:

The hair dryer was not powerful enough for my hair unfortunately

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (w centrum), wszędzie można dostać się pieszo, przystanek autobusowy zaraz obok hotelu w celu dojazdu na lotnisko lub pojechanie gdzieś dalej np. do Albufeira, miła obsługa, piękny widok z balkonu na port, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, rewelacyjne, smaczne i bogate śniadanie przy akompaniamencie muzyki na żywo (Pana przy fortepianie)

Pros:

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Room was very comfortable. We had a great view of the Marina. There was some noise from the planes, being close to the airport but once the balcony door was closed it wasn't noticeable. Hotel was ideally located for restaurants and sight-seeing. One of the highlights was the wonderful music provided by Fernando Newton throughout the day. What a treat!

Lovely hotel, rooms very comfortable with balcony and fab view to marina.
Pros:

The room was very clean, beds so comfortable. Great view. Staff were exceptionally helpful, location amazing

Cons:

The breakfast not great. Coffee like tar, not much choice and cooked breakie was not nice. Croissants only ok.
No outside pool as going through renovations. Bar not open in evening
