Evening meal on half board was very poor, bland & no choice. Would be better giving an allowance towards à la carte menu.

We were upgraded on arrival, the staff were lovely, only 10 mins from the airport, location was perfect
Sehr zentral am Hafen gelegen- schöne moderne Zimmer - wir bekamen sogar ein kostenloses Update mit Blick auf den Hafen. Busbahnhof gegenüber des Hoteleingangs. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit Dachterrasse, sogar Sekt und live- Musik am Flügel. Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Mietwagen am Flughafen abgegeben und konnten ohne Probleme mit dem Stadtbus für 2,50 Euro bis vors Hotel fahren.
Fällt uns nichts ein- höchstens dass es verglichen mit anderen Hotels unserer Reise etwas hochpreisig war.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. The marina view room was perfect and the location great.
Loved the buffet breakfast in the restaurant with an amazing view. Also liked the marina view from our balcony. The hotel is in a fabulous location close to everything and very handy for both the bus and train stations.
Some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner, and the lifts are especially small for a hotel of this size.
Une déception totale!
Mauvaise représentation de l'hôtel...j'ai réservé avec une piscine roofthop alors qu'indisponible....nous avions prévu notre voyage en fonction de cet aspect important....aucune communication de l'hôtel pour nous en avertir.
J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine... j'aurais aimé avoir l'information.
Aucune compensation ... surtout que la journée même, l'hôtel était bcp moins cher sur le site....et les photos de la piscine, comme par enchantement, étaient disparues....

Great location for visiting the old town. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful views from our room. Lots of choice at breakfast and lovely views from the rooftop bar and restaurant.
Kaum etwas
Entgegen den Bildern auf Websites von Buchungsportalen, hat das Hotel momentan keinen Außen Pool und keine Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Dieser Teil des Hotels existiert wohl nicht mehr. Angeblich soll neu gebaut werden. Zumindest ist direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle wie auch vis-a-vis. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig - man hört vom Flur und anderen Balkonen einfach alles. Zudem ist der Lärm von der Straße und den fast durchs Zimmer fliegenden Flugzeugen im Anflug an Faro Airport unerträglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert nicht richtig. Bei Außentemperatur von über 30 Grad, war es daher im Zimmer sehr heiß. Man konnte kaum schlafen. Das Bad ist klein und ohne Kosmetikspiegel und ohne Kleenex-Box, obwohl mittlerweile Standard in 4-Sterne-Hotels. Kommode im Flur ist arg ramponiert. Frühstück ok, Kaffee jedoch ungenießbar. Die Rezeption war in mehreren telefonischen Versuchen während Aufenthalt nicht erreichbar.

Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel en veel faciliteiten. Het hotel zit in het centrum en je kijkt uit op de haven van Faro. Wij waren hier door een geannuleerde vlucht.
De prijs die je betaald is voor de luxe van de kamer teleurstellend en moet echt opgeknapt worden. Douche kon je niet verstellen en daardoor werd alles nat, cabine mocht schoner, deur klemde bij binnenkomst en naar het balkon. Alles is flink verouderd.
It is a great location along the water and the staff were nice.
The room was small and it was very pricey for not being the busy season.
