Pros:

Die perfekte Lage, sehr nah an der Partymeile, zu Fuß 4 Minuten zum Megapark Oberbayern. Hier war es sehr sauber und ruhig. Parkplätze waren auch genügend an der Straße... und wir haben ein kostenlosen Upgrade auf Halbpension bekommen 😁

Reinigungspersonal sehr bemüht, sauber. Grosse Auswahl Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen frisch zubereitet. Poolbereich in Ordnung. Servicepersonal im Essensbereich trotz hoher Beanspruchung immer noch recht freundlich.

Cons:

Lage direkt am Ballermann. Zimmergröße sehr klein, nicht dem heutigen Standard entsprechend. Ausstattung der Zimmer veraltet, teilweise kaputt, lieblos. Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Schikursatmosphäre. Klimaanlage veraltet/kühlt nicht. Zeitweise Kanalgeruch im Badezimmer. Kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer. Kühlschrank veraltet. Betten weich. Service insgesamt mittelmässig, Anfragen werden nicht weiter bearbeitet. Essensbereich überfüllt/laut. Extras kosten (Parkplatz, Badetücher). Insgesamt maximal 3 Sterne Haus, überteuert.

Die Hotelanlage ist schön, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Nahe vom Jubel, Trubel, Strand und Restaurant. Zimmer sauber, schön eingerichtet. Frühstück umfangreich.

Cons:

Service an der Bar sehr unaufmerksam und unfreundlich.

Pros:

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal sehr nett. Essen war ok. Man findet immer etwas was man mag. Unser Zimmer in einem der Häuser war perfekt.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten stören mich.. wie z.B. das die Klobürsten nie ausgetauscht werden. Die sind nicht mehr schön. Mini Reparatur Arbeiten werden vernachlässigt. Ansonsten alles super. Kommen gerne wieder

Es war sehr angenehm, das Essen und die Poolbar sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert.
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr gut und die Auswahl ausreichend.

Cons:

Im Service war zu wenig Personal. Das Personal muss sehr viel Arbeiten. Besonders neue Mitarbeiter werden alleine gelassen. Die Manager stehen daneben und geben Anweisungen. Ich würde meine Mitarbeiter immer Unterstützen
vor allem wenn sie alleine sind.
