Air con broke
The location was good, the staff were very nice
It’s dirty, and it’s way too hot, many broken and damaged things around the hotel
Room spacious comfy bed . Decent to have Fan in room as was during Heatwave.
Shower was decent , albeit in the bath and not a shower cubicle
Room was quite Dull , lighting not great
One of the smaller in the chain Bar area was a.bit close and crowded.
Menu has changed in last year and not as good as before for Options.
The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and my room was lovely.
It was a shame that the bar was closed when we got in from our night out.

Staff were rude to the point ended up in tears when only asked a general question
Very disappointed as the room didn’t have air-con & was far too hot so we had to stay somewhere else.
Location and parking
No aircon or the ability to open the window more than 2cm in 30 degrees of heat just isn’t it.
Cleaning staff walked in 5 mins before checkout without knocking as I was changing to leave.
Spoke to staff about the heat and lack of ventilation and they defended that this was clear when booking but I think it’s not

When booking it said air con but there was none when we arrived. 2 small fans pushing hot air around, would have been helpful to be able to open the windows
That there was a Starbucks, free parking, gym pool facility.
The room was very spacious.
There was no air con, it was one of the hottest days on record and I couldn’t sleep properly because it was so hot! Sweating all the time I thought it was disgraceful. They said there was nothing they could do. Also the bed was not comfy.
No aircon, unhelpful and at times rude staff
We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. But the room, and value for money that we felt it offered, was definitely the highlight. The staff were all very helpful and check in and out was easy. We would recommend and stay again.
There was no part of our stay that we didn't like.
The beds were very comfortable, a lot of space in the room, and pool was very nice.
Paying extra for the pool, construction, for alarms going off. At one time I couldn't even walk down the hall because construction had stuff filling the whole hallway. Very noisy. Breakfast did not have healthy options.
Very few halal options, at least provide half fried eggs
