Établissement très propre, rien à dire tout était parfait. Seul souci c’est que tu ne peux pas charger ton véhicule électrique, je trouve que c’est un gros point négatif en 2026 surtout que il n’y a pas de gros coups pour Maitre, des appareils en fin de charger les véhicules des clients qui seront ravis en repartant, sans que cela coûte cher, il suffit juste d’avoir des prises 32 A

The attitude of the staff. Especially Ali, the pool boy, is an arrogant, cheeky, impolite, unfriendly person who removed our towels from our sunbeds when we went to lunch at the hotel‘s restaurant!

Me and my husband booked this hotel for our honeymoon for a week in September 2025 and we are so glad we did.
The location is a short walk away from Bandol port, shops, markets and restaurants. This was ideal for us as we chose to prioritise the rosé and not to rent a car. We spent a day in cassis where we rented a boat for the two of us which was organised by the concierge at the hotel. They offered to book our dining reservations at the nearby restaurants for us, giving great advice on where to eat and enjoy sunset cocktails. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, every member of staff was genuinely helpful.
The bar staff remembered our drink order from the day before and had them ready for us before we’d even settled into our sun bed lounges. Incredible and attentive service. We rented beds on the beach for a couple of afternoons, the staff kept us topped up with drinks and nibbles while we relaxed.
We had a couples massage which we booked at short notice on a cloudy day. The spa staff moved heaven and earth to get us our massages together which was totally unexpected but so appreciated. One of the best massages we’ve had too (and we go to a lot of spa hotels!).
The view while having breakfast every morning was such a treat, a tranquil start to each day. We often enjoyed the sunset from our balcony with a glass of bubbles, I’d definitely recommend sea view room if you can.
Thanks for making our trip one to remember for many reasons. We’re back for our 1 year anniversary this September, looking forward to see you guys again.
