-Sunday to Tuesday – 10am to 6pm
-Wednesday to Thursday – 10am to 7pm
-Friday to Saturday – 10am to 8pm
-Holidays: by appointment request only

Spacious suite easy walking and public transportation access to shopping, great restaurants and attractions.
Pros:

Fantastic location. I had a suite which had a washer and dryer which came in very handy after some torrential rain.

Cons:

The fitness room is a little small for mat work and could be a bit better ventilated.

Pros:

Location, 24 hour staff who provided assistance to locate a mid-priced restaurant on a busy Fri night.
Had a washer and dryer in room.

Cons:

Had a kitchen with large oven and stove top but no equipment.
Had to ask reception even for a kettle and toaster.
Had planned to cook stir fry and rice, but seemed too difficult to ask for all cooking utensils required.

Pros:

Location was convenient , felt safe etc close to Union station but roadworks made it a bit more difficult to find than is probably usual. Facilities in the room were good with kitchen , nice shower, accommodation felt spacious. Better than an 8 but not a 9 !

Cons:

It was very noisy from about 4am in the morning because of construction / roadworks, with jet lag I did not get back to sleep. I could not access the gym as my card didn't work despite changing the card three times - so perhaps the gym is not actually included in guest stays? (There are condos in the building also)

Location is perfect
Pros:

The location is perfect. In 10 minutes you're in Union Station, in 20 minutes in CN tower, etc. The staff are very nice. The room has everything, in case you need something, the workers help you. The ladies clean the room everyday and there are 2 bottles of water (free)

Cons:

There aren't any cleaning cloths. In general it was a good accommodation

Pros:

La proximité de tout ! Le personne est chaleureux et dévoué. La chambre était bien pour nos besoins.

Cons:

Manque un peu de confort pour le divan et le lit ! La climatisation, il a fait chaud !
