Adequate but disappointing room.
Pros:

Room was basically clean. Location convenient for downtown Toronto, union station, etc. staff helpful and sympathetic.

Cons:

Room description misleadingly implied presence of sofa or sofa bed. Room generally poorly maintained and missing furnishings. Laundry machine broken. Very expensive for what I got. Breakfast is provided by room service with additional fee only and even then not worth eating.

A quaint, comfy little room with all the essentials, and a modern flair.
Pros:

Clean with a nice ambiance.

Cons:

The room was noisy, as you could hear people talking in the distance, traffic, not to mention the sirens… The room could use some soundproofing.

Pros:

Very clean hotel. We also liked the secure key cards for entry to the building and to access our floor in the elevator. The location was fairly quiet but did require a little extra walking to get to where we wanted to do in the city. The staff were kind and helpful at the front desk.

pleasant stay and close to going the extra mile
Pros:

The front desk was prompt and courteous, and the room was well laid out with nice windows, comfy bed and sheets. Pleasantly surprised to be able to cast from my phone to each of the TVs, which provided my usual background music to keep the dogs calm. The location is good, between Union station and King subway station, which is fairly easy access by car and mass transit, and only 250m from a nice dog-friendly park (Berczy). There are several fast food options around and a convenience store also nearby.

Cons:

Our "family suite with sofabed" was only stocked for 2 guests (two sets of towels, two housecoats, two coffee pods, two disposable cups, etc.), even though its a "family" suite and our reservation was clearly for 3. Valet parking (extra) is the only real option, and access by car was a little confusing with construction and lane closures directly in front of the hotel (temporary issue).

No bar or restaurant here was told it was under renovation the room was big with only a queen bed when it could fit a king , bathroom door did not shut fully and tub would not drain well

FAB HOTEL WITH CN TOWER VIEWS
Pros:

Very central, independant hotel. Staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful.
Suite on 25th floor had an amazing view of CN Tower. A bit scary going out onto balcony because of the height tho!
The room was spacious, spotless & it was fabulous to have a kitchen - we 'home cooked' a couple of meals & made picnics for the days adventures. Comfortable lounge area with smart tv, comfy bed, good shower pressure in bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space.
Easy walking distance to everywhere.
I would definately return here on future trips to Toronto.

Cons:

No on site restaurant/bar. I don't know if this is planned to re-open in the future but it would have been nice to be able to eat/drink at the hotel.
