Luxury hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great hotel in middle or Ortigia. Amazing room, much bigger than I thought it would be. Aircon was really good. Staff all really friendly

Cons:

Plenty of stairs so some rooms not suitable if you can’t manage without a lift

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ortigia.
Pros:

Everything was incredible. The only sore spot was the lack of effort in selections for their breakfast. That is the only unfortunate blemish on this absolutely stunning well located well staffed Hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast selection included in our prepaid breakfast package.

Best place for experimenting Ortigia
Pros:

Amazing and unbelievable close to Ortigia's best and beautiful places. Roberto and the whole Palazzo Artemide staff were amazing and gave us the best of the recommendations (e.g. go to San Lorenzo's beach and book a Lido, really you should go, it's beautiful).

Breakfast: great, room (and room service): excellent, we highly recommend everyone going to Siracusa / Ortigia to stay here, even if you go by car. You'll have the very best of both worlds: walking Ortigia by night after you took a shower, and by the day go to the beautiful beaches of Siracusa with your car, the staff will handle everything

Great hotel!
Pros:

Currently here at the hotel. It is beyond hot in Sicily this year (98 yesterday) This hotel’s air conditioner itself is worth the 5 star review. Seriously. Our room is large. Three sets of windows overlooking the street side and the square side. Gorgeous! The room is classy. THe staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is plentiful!! The staff all remember our names. Bathroom amenities were plentiful - everything you forgot or left at the last hotel (shaving cream) Nice little touches that put a hotel over the top for me.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Perfect stay! The location was even better than I expected, right on the square in front of the duomo! Stunning at all times of day and night. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Proximité hyper centre et service voiturier. Équipe très pro et aux petits soins.

Cons:

L’odeur des diffuseurs de parfums un peu trop prononcée dans les étages et les chambres mais avis très subjectif.
