Great hotel!
Pros:

Currently here at the hotel. It is beyond hot in Sicily this year (98 yesterday) This hotel’s air conditioner itself is worth the 5 star review. Seriously. Our room is large. Three sets of windows overlooking the street side and the square side. Gorgeous! The room is classy. THe staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is plentiful!! The staff all remember our names. Bathroom amenities were plentiful - everything you forgot or left at the last hotel (shaving cream) Nice little touches that put a hotel over the top for me.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Perfect stay! The location was even better than I expected, right on the square in front of the duomo! Stunning at all times of day and night. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Sans doute un des meilleurs hôtels de Syracuse par son emplacement et son rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Proximité hyper centre et service voiturier. Équipe très pro et aux petits soins.

Cons:

L’odeur des diffuseurs de parfums un peu trop prononcée dans les étages et les chambres mais avis très subjectif.

A Beautiful Stay in the Heart of Ortigia
Pros:

Our stay was amazing! We were here for a stop on our honeymoon. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, they made us feel very welcomed. The hotel location is perfect, in the heart of Ortigia and walkable to all the island has to offer. At night we were able to open our balcony doors and listen to the nearby live music from street performers. The room was very clean, updated, and stocked with all the essentials and some extras. The hotel bar and restaurant, Amuni, had delicious drinks and friendly servers as well. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel. We hope to come back and visit again one day!

Wonderful Stay in Ortigia
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Artemide in Ortigia. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel and our room were absolutely immaculate, and the entire property smelled wonderful. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional.
The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Ortigia and within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops, and beautiful sights. It was the perfect base for exploring the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Palazzo Artemide again. Highly recommended!
