Le personnel était adorable, communication fluide pour organiser l’arrivée en voiture dans la ZTL. La chambre était super, le restaurant est très bon, surtout le petit déjeuné Sicilien. Emplacement il n’y a pas mieux, à côté du Duomo. Tout le quartier est à faire à pied, service taxi partenaire de l’hôtel super sympas et serviable.

A truly wonderful hotel, beautifully renovated with exceptional taste and a genuinely magical atmosphere. The staff were highly professional, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel completely at home. The location is simply incredible and adds even more charm to the whole experience.

I cannot wait to return to Syracuse and enjoy the same unforgettable experience again. Whenever I am back in Sicily, I will certainly spend at least a couple of nights at this hotel.

Fantastic stay at this property, where they learn your name and greet you by it whenever meeting. Ortygia is the Syracuse place to be, and this hotel is perfectly situated on beautiful Via Roma which walks you to top attractions. A beautiful little plaza near the cathedral hosts this hotel's bar and restaurant. Terrificly friendly and helpful reception and breakfast crew. Lovely historic rooms and overall building. If I return to Syracuse, I'm staying here.

Absolutely delightful! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The location couldn’t be more central and just a minute’s walk from Piazza Duomo, the vibrant shopping streets, fantastic restaurants, and even close to the sea.

What truly set this place apart, though, was the staff. They were amazing, warm, helpful, informative, and incredibly accommodating. Their genuine hospitality really enhanced our experience.

We stayed in one of the suites and were pleasantly surprised with beautiful flowers and a thoughtful, personalized gesture for our 2-year-old, which made us feel truly special.

We simply loved everything about our stay and have already decided that this will be our go-to family place whenever we return to Syracuse. Highly recommended!

This hotel is perfectly situated around the corner from the Cathederal and a few blocks from the water.

It is an intimate hotel of 40 rooms. Superb service from the front desk to the servers at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was good, with fruit, pastry, and egg stations.
We had a suite that was very spacious and beautifully appointed.

My 2 suggestions would be to have an extra garbage bin in the room and a shelf in the shower where you can put your razor etc.

Palazzo Artemide was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us and assisted with luggage and reservations for dinner.
The rooms exceeded our expectations. Everything felt and smelled fresh and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were no additional outside noises, which was extremely refreshing with the previous couple of hotels in Italy.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about our experiences here in Sicily and especially the Palazzo Artemide.

From the warm welcome and excellent valet parking service to the beautiful rooms and attentive staff who always addressed us by our family name, every detail was outstanding. The food was delicious, and breakfast was a highlight thanks to Laura’s excellent explanations and hospitality.

Palazzo Artimede was an amazing hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful the entire time and made me and my wife’s honeymoon very special! Everything you could need is within walking distance, food, bars, beaches etc. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you Palazzo Artimede staff!
