Pros:

Hotel com boas comodidades, restaurante muito bom, staff muito simpático e prestável

Cons:

Jacuzzi esteve avariado a semana toda. Equipa de animação um pouco "pobre". O transporte que providenciam do hotel para a praia não tem controle nenhum, havia pessoas que chegavam e passavam a frente de todos, ficando pessoas a espera de novo transporte, alertamos o motorista e este disse que nada pode fazer, nós é que temos que nos impor disse ele 😞

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay, the room provided to us was comfortable and clean. The food selection was pretty good and even if specific meal times were missed there was always food available inbetween. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Although we attended as a couple, we noticed there were activities available for children which kept them entertained and the staff were very good at interacting with them. We didn’t leave a note or inform anyone that we attended to celebrate my birthday, regardless it had been noticed and a complementary bottle of champagne was left in our room! We will definitely book again when visiting albufeira in the future!

Cons:

We suspect the juice served at meal times was not fresh juice but rather a diluted concentrate or something similar… the coffee also wasn’t the best

Pros:

La amabilidad y trato de todo el personal que nos atendió, facilitando siempre todo aquello que necesitásemos.
Muy limpio y cómodo, muy bien comunicado con Albufeira a través de transporte gratuito desde el hotel, buffet libre con comida mediterránea y buena animación durante el día y la noche

Cons:

Tan solo un miembro de la animación hablaba un poco de español, el resto más orientado a franceses, ingleses y portugueses

Amazing Staff, fantastic food,and a wonderful birthday surprise!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Albufeira hotel. The Staff are absolutely excellent-then incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always attractive to every detail. On top of that, the food was delicious.Every meal was a highlight of the trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. They even surprised me with a celebration for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. Will definitely be back!

Pros:

La literie très confortable la chambre spacieuse et la nourriture très bien

Cons:

Le personnel pas du tout souriant et tout juste agréable surtout au bar intérieur , Les bains de soleil avec les serviettes des 7h30 pourtant l'interdiction était bien indiqué mais personne pour faire respecter et la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude à la salle de bain malgré notre réclamation à la réception .

Very Disappointing Experience
Pros:

I have stayed in many 4* hotels and this is hotel is certainly not 4* standard .
There was a mandatory 150 euros (all be it refundable on departure) on top of the tourist tax requested by reception on arrival I can not understand why this 150 euros was necessary in a 4* hotel
Rooms clean and tidy as you would expect from a hotel. On the downside you are asked to pay 3 euros a day if you want to use the safe no bottles water suplied in the fridge no bath robes or slippers .
In the cocktail bar as they call it cocktails served in plastic cups poured out from a drinks dispenser and had no taste whatsoever. If you wanted a coffee they were served in paper cups you don't expect this in a 4*hotel. The all inclusive drinks were local quality if you wanted better quality you had to pay for them.
The dining room breakfast was the best meal of the day. Lunch and dinner other than salads the cooked food left a lot to be desired.
The entertainment in the evening was the worst I have encountered in all my holidays abroad it was like sitting in an old folks home.
Now for the pool side plenty sunbeds and shades or places to sit in the sunshine.
On the downside music blaring most of the day on Sunday they just set the music going on a loop and left it going for best part of 6 hours and it was loud.
Most of the staff friendly enough but some in the cocktail bar had no idea what they were doing.
On the whole this was a very disappointing experience and Jet2 need to look at how they sell this hotel as 4* as it is bordering on false advertising .

No está a 10 minutos andando 20-25minimo y aunque está muy limpio es un pelín viejito, pero recomendable
