We had a very enjoyable holiday and we will definitely return again.
Pros:

The food was lovely, the staff were very helpful and friendly, on a day that was chilly we would have a swim in the indoor pool which was lovely, the entertainment was excellent. We did a day trip to Zoomarine which we booked through the hotel, it's definitely worth going there.

Cons:

We could not find a single fault with the hotel.

La propreté, l’amabilité du personnel, la piscine intérieure

Cons:

Le buffet propose principalement du porc et du poulet, et certains aliments sont assez gras, parfois baignés dans l’huile. Le choix en légumes est limité et les meilleurs plats sont souvent rapidement épuisés. J’ai également constaté que les plats sont fréquemment tièdes, même lorsqu’ils sont placés sur une plaque chauffante.

Bem localizado, limpo e com funcionários dedicados e animados

Hotel bem localizado, com quarto do tamanho ideal e limpo. Excelente atendimento dos funcionários: todos super atenciosos, principalmente os do restaurante e os responsáveis pelas animações. Senti-me muito segura em deixar meu filho a brincar na zona kids porque ele realmente recebeu muita atenção e carinho. Parabéns a todo o staff. Trabalham com gosto e dedicação.

Cons:

A comida não era excelente, apesar de variada. Os drinks alcoólicos eram muito ruins, feitos numa máquina parecida com máquina de fazer sumo - com muita água e açucarados. Um dos elevadores ficou defeituoso em dois dias. Não gostei também de ter que dar uma caução ao chegar, o que não foi informado na hora da reserva do hotel - fomos pegos de surpresa. Também não gostei por ter que pagar pela jaccuzi e banho turco. Fomos em muitos hotéis que esta parte era inclusa no valor total.

Exceptional quality hotel
Pros:

Bedroom spacious with separate sitting room and kitchen and spotlessly clean. All very comfortable and bright. Food was exceptionally good quality and I had something different each day for the whole holiday . Animation team, staff and cleaners all work very hard tables cleared immediately and staff couldn't do enough for you. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Cons:

The local area was a bit tacky and 15 mins walk to the beach.
All drinks served in thin plastic cups, would have been nice to have wine or cocktails in a glass even if plastic and pints in a decent size glass rather than tiny 1/3rd pint.

Great hotel, clean, brilliant location and friendly staff
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Location great as close to the beach and main night life. There is a free shuttle bus to the old town and beach as well.

Cons:

Pool is very cold. The bad timing of the indoor pool and Jacuzzi maintenance. We were unable to make use of this at all during our stay, and seemed odd to start this as the summer busy season begins

Amazing holiday
Pros:

Location was amazing, rooms were clean, view was nice, pools were heated excellent stay. Food was excellent 👌, multiple choices, fresh every day. We will definitely comeback!
