Never stay here, the worst hotel I have ever been to

There was one friendly receptionist, but he couldn't give as a refund which we asked for as soon as we arrived

Cons:

This hotel was awful. We booked and arrived within an hour as had been stranded at the airport. We took one look at the room and saw it was not as advertised. We came downstairs and asked for a refund as just wanted to stay somewhere else but reception staff told us there was nothing they could do. The room stank, there were stains on the curtains. It was INSANELY loud. You could hear a whisper from next door so there 2 parties that were going on either side were really disruptive. The bathroom was gross. The aircon was loud and smelly. The pillow was thin and just a thin sheet on the uncomfortable bed. We just wanted to get out of there, and should have been refunded. I cannot believe they charged 200 euro for 1 night. It is an absolute hell hole.
