Pros:

The location was good because it was walking distance to my business venue and other amenities.

Cons:

During my stay with outdoor temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius, the HVAC in my room was centrally regulated from outside leaving me with no control over the room's climate. The resulting indoor temperature was dangerously warm, highly uncomfortable and unhealthful. I left your facility with a flu, as a result. I hope you will review your HVAC management policies to ensure future guests do not experience these conditions.

Pros:

It is near the union metro and near the al ghurair mall. Very convenient.

Cons:

A bit old. Nonetheless the staffs were able to clean it once you asked them :)
