Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Quartier paisible. Chambre calme, très propre, bien décorée, fonctionnelle (mobilier de rangement, réfrigérateur). Bouteille d’eau offerte. Cafetière. Bonne literie. Accueil très agréable. Check in et check out rapides. Parking gratuit derrière l’hôtel. A proximité, station de train pour prendre le S2 en direction du centre ville de Munich (ce qui évite les difficultés pour se garer dans le centre et de payer cher les parkings). Nous aurons plaisir à revenir dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons.

Pros:

V hotelu je super lokaciji in to je drugo moje bivanje v tem hotelu in vse je bilo v najlepšem redu. Hrana in soba top, fitness.

Cons:

Kaj me je zmotilo in ne bi vam dal rad slabe ocene zaradi ene osebe. Poznam NH in mi je super hotelska veriga in sem se vedno imel lepo.
Zmotilo me je pri odhodu, ker je prejšnje leto se lahko naredilo a letos pa se ni dalo. Prav tako letos sem bil v NH v mesecu Januarju in ni bilo problema glede tega kaj smo zahtevali.
Bomo še razmislili če se vrnemo v vaš hotel.
Drugače pa ostalo osebje super in zelo prijazno.

In die Jahre gekommen! Hier sollte dringend investiert werden.
Krankheitsbedingt konnte ich nur alleine anreisen, auf Nachfrage, da ja eine Person weniger dabei ist, hatte ich wegen Frühstück gefragt, ob man es Vlt dafür günstiger bekommt, sollte ich dennoch voll bezahlen 22€ stolzer Preis!, hätte mir kleines Entgegenkommen erwartet.

Toilettenspülung im Zimmer 341 eine Katastrophe!! Muss repariert werden, kein Wasserdruck, Spülung läuft nach, muss mann mehrfach drauftippen das es aufhört, das sollte ein Housekeeping sehen bei Zimmerreinigung.

Auch wurde ich am Anreisetag gefragt ob ich Handtücher gewechselt bekommen möchte, ich hatte es nicht so verstanden, dass gar kein Zimmerservice stattfand, vlt auch nur ein Kommunikationsproblem.

Restaurant Bestuhlung wackelt und sind durchgesessen, befinden Preisen sollte man besser sitzen können. Lounge das gleiche, null Komfort, keine Atmosphäre, eben ein Messehotel! Dazu der Ausfall der Bahn, ich denke das weiß man (langfristig angelegte Baumaßnahmen) und kann aufgrund der Lage den Gästen das kommunizieren! So Rückweg von Innenstadt um 20.30!!!! ungeplant 2 Stunden statt 30 Min!!
