Great Place To Stay
Pros:

We stayed at The Evenhill to visit Howletts Wild Animal Park. The Evenhill is a great place to stay, the accommodation is in a separate building to the Pub, which made it quieter. The room itself was large, very comfortable and even had a bath, which I was really pleased about. We had dinner in the pub in the evening, the food was very tasty, and we had a good breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing was a problem, lots of smiles will definitely stay again if we can
Pros:

Convenient for Canterbury on a good bus route, food all cooked to order and tasty, friendly and helpful staff with good humour.
Breakfast was very good lots of choice.
Lots of parking.
Accommodation was set well back from the pub and road it was very comfortable and clean.

Can’t think of anything.

Good location, good parking, pet-friendly, good wifi. Standard breakfast.

Cons:

Bed was comfortable, but room was not cleaned during our stay, despite a staff member asking us in the morning if we wished to have fresh towels (we said yes, but nothing was done, and we ran out also of toilet paper: they had provided one roll only in the room).
Room is advertised "with AC" but weirdly they installed an air cooler with its exhaust pipe going through the open window: not an efficient way to cool the room situated under the roof. Bathroom was large but had the tiniest, lowest wash basin I have ever seen, with a broad glass tablet over it, making using it really uncomfortable if you are an adult (maybe the tiny wash basin was designed for school kids?). Lighting in the bathroon should be improved: the main ceiling light can only be switched on through a string hanging in the shower cabin. In a dark bathroom, how are you supposed to find out that there is no wall switch?.
Checking in you get a rather cold and unwelcoming reception from the owner, although staff is in general very nice.

Pros:

Lovely quiet, well appointed dog friendly room. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, good shower and easy parking. Pub served good honest pub fare and good beer. Very friendly dog friendly pub.

Friendly hosts, providing decent service. A convenient location and far enough from the road not to be disturbed.
Pros:

Clean and quiet. We didn’t find anything lacking

Cons:

A simpler bathroom ( without a bath but with shower ) would have been fine with us.

Beautiful and calm location. Nice Pub, although we came late for diner, the breakfast was very good.
Pros:

Beautifully located in the countryside around Canterbury, very close to the city.
Very warm and friendly welcome.
Very nice and spacious suite, decorated with taste and style.

Cons:

Nothing to say, everything was perfect.

Room wasn't always attended to as efficiently as expected. Bin never emptied for the duration of our stay, and one day there was no towel replacement
