Always a warm welcome!
Pros:

We love the warm welcome at the Glenmoriston. The staff are always fab. Great rooms, parking and location. Love living locally and being able to enjoy a value for money overnight for a show at Eden Court just across the water (before/after peak season).

Subpar 4 star hotel
Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The rooms had slanted ceilings, sound insulation was virtually non existant, and the shower was way too small. It was impossible to shower without hitting yourself multiple times.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et l'hôtel était très bien placé géographiquement. La devanture de l'hôtel était belle.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur, ce qui n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation. Apparement un bagagiste pouvait porter les bagages mais on ne l'a appris que grace au fascicule mis à disposition dans la chambre. La réceptionniste du soir n'était pas aimable. La chambre présentait un dégât des eaux. Les deux lits simples étaient vraiment petits pour des adultes. La douche fuyait sur le côté et les portes de la douche ne fermait pas en bas. Il y avait aussi un manque d'information sur ce qui était inclus dans le prix (petit dejeuner non inclus)

Otelde kaldığımız sürede eşim rahatsızlandı. Otel çalışanlarının ilgisi ve yardımı şahaneydi. Özellikle Ben'e bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Odamızın konumu kötüydü. Eşimin rahatsızlığı nedeniyle odada zaman geçirdiğimiz için daha rahatsız olduk.
