The Glenmoriston Townhouse is divided into 2 buildings. Both buildings have rooms with river views. Please advise reception upon booking if you wish to be allocated in a room with a river view.
There is no elevator at The Glenmoriston Townhouse, if a ground-floor room is needed, please request it when booking.
Guests are advised to reserve a table at the hotel's restaurant in advance, particularly on weekends.
Please note that guests booking a rate with dinner included will enjoy a GBP 18 dinner credit per adult to spend on the menu.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. The location was close to the city center. They also agreed to let us use the parking even after we checked out. The staff was kind.

The bathroom was very dirty and it ruined my stay. The corners of the shower were black with dirt because they were never cleaned. And when I told the lady in the morning about this issue, while I was doing my check out, as I only stayed one day, it was clear she had no intention of relying this issue to the manager. And claimed it was because the manager was on a business trip. It's not acceptable. Also the sheets of the blanket had ketchup stains on them it grossed me out so much I slept without a blanket. I unfortunately didn't take pictures and really regret it, but I thought the receptionist would take this issue seriously so I thought pictures were not needed for a 4 stars hotel.
Location is excellent. The room was very pretty and confortable. Great breakfast! Staff was very kind.
The hotel is structurally perfect for a one-night city stay, offering an ideal base to easily reach all the renowned spots in the area.However, from an architectural and interior design perspective, it is important to note a divergence between the main building and the annex.
We stayed in the wing adjacent to the main hotel: while the spaces were perfectly clean, the guestrooms felt somewhat dated. The furniture and overall decor still reflect an unchanged 1980s aesthetic, which creates a noticeable contrast with the hotel's potential.As for the dining experience, the breakfast was acceptable but strictly standard, falling into an ordinary routine without the standout elements found elsewhere.

One was upstairs, it was tiny, shower was ridiculously small, there was a TV in the room, but it was the size of a computer screen.
Would not have been a problem if I hadn't seen the other room.

As únicas qualidades são localização e estacionamento gratuito. Fica a uma pequena caminhada do centro e numa rua bem bonita.
Não tem ar condicionado e nem geladeira no quarto. Batia o sol da tarde bem de frente às janelas e o quarto virava um forno. A única luz do quarto que acendia era do banheiro, e as tomadas não funcionavam. Encontramos mosquito dentro do quarto. Tínhamos reserva de 3 noites mas permanecemos apenas 1 e mudamos de hotel. Péssimo!!
